The room is small but very clean. They also provide coffee machine and snacks. The lovely small pool, breakfast included. The receiption is kind and polite.

The host gives very explanatory instructions how to get into the room. Everything fine. Many space, great rooms, jakuzzi is unbelivable! Very great views from jacuzzi to the sea, especially if you like to see sunrize.

We wanted a place that was quiet and out of the way, this place was perfect! Out of season, shared pool but there was barely anyone around, it was the right circumstances to just do nothing. Facilities in the apartment were plentiful, the apartment itself was very nice!

Everything was more than excellent. The hosts were extremely kind and welcomed us warmly, even helping us carry our luggage inside. Before our arrival, Ivette sent us the exact location of the apartment and parking area, along with very useful information about nearby shops and services. There is a large parking area only 3 minutes away from the house, costing just €1 per day. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Lidl and Hiperdino supermarkets are only a 7–8 minute walk away, while Mercadona is about 5 minutes by car. Telde is perfectly located in the middle of the island, so we could reach all the main attractions within about 30 minutes and the airport is just 12 min away. The studio had absolutely everything we needed and even more. The hosts stocked the kitchen with basic essentials such as oil, vinegar, salt, and spices. The studio was very well equipped, including a Nescafé coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and more than enough dishes and kitchenware for a comfortable stay. They even provided sunscreen, beach towels, a beach umbrella, a regular umbrella and coffee, tea, crackers, and water as a welcome gift. We rented a car at the airport, which was very helpful for exploring the whole island. We highly recommend Autoreisen: affordable prices, brand-new cars, and online reservations with payment only upon pickup, which felt very safe and convenient.

this is the most beautiful hotel on the island: incredible designer interior, full set of dishes, very comfortable mattress, pillows. in the rooms there are cosmetics, even body lotion and hair balm. there is a heated pool. excellent service, incredibly green territory. i am very, very happy that i chose this place to celebrate the holiday

The host is very responsive, she replied within minutes and was very kind. The apartment is clean and very cozy. Even when it rained we enjoyed staying indoors. The beds were firm and we slept very well. The surroundings are very quite and you don't hear any outside noises.

Watching the sunrise from the rooftop, with a stunning view stretching all the way to the ocean, was an unforgettable experience and a perfect way to start the day. Chantal is a genuinely warm, caring, and thoughtful host. She made us feel welcome in every possible way and generously shared helpful information throughout our stay. The breakfast, if you choose to have it, is prepared with love, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The apartment is nestled in nature, far from the noise of the city, yet perfectly located for exploring the island. It is fully equipped, impeccably clean, and filled with small details that show real care and attention. With private parking inside the property, excellent Wi-Fi, and a calm, soothing atmosphere, this place feels like a true sanctuary. We left with full hearts and would return without hesitation.

We loved this apartment, it felt like home from home for us, very clean and comfortable, modern and contemporary in feel and in a quiet setting. Beautiful views from both terraces.

First of all I have to mention the excellent comunication with the host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment has all the necesary amenities for a long-term stay. The Salinetas beach is just two minutes away, it is pretty large and with fine black sand. In a ten minutes walk range there are cofee shops, two Spar markets and a few restaurants. If you rent a car you can go to a Mercadona super market which is less than a kilometer away. Bus 75 has a station across the street and it can take you right to the historic city center of Las Palmas. Very suitable for people looking for peace and quiet, and willing to take long strolls on the seafront promenade, which is in great condition.

Beautiful location with supermarket, bus stops, restaurants and quiet squares within a short walking distance. Ideal place for couple, parking space front of the house. And Telde is absolutely beautiful!

We had a fantastic time at this property! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The Host: The hostess was incredibly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Facilities: The apartment is perfectly equipped. The kitchen has every utensil and appliance you could possibly think of, making it very easy to prepare meals. Cleanliness: The entire place was spotless and very well-maintained. Atmosphere: It felt very cozy and pleasant—a true "home away from home" vibe. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!

The house is superb, there is nothing you would need at this location it has everything. Washing machine dishwasher, 2 big fridge freezers, BBQ area, sun chairs, and absolutely lovely pool. All this and also in a fantastic area in the middle of town. It's just a 10 minute drive to a lovely beach. Wine bar 1 minutes walk, bakery 2 minutes, lidl and Hypodino supermarket 5 minutes walk. Loads to see and do only 20 minutes from the airport. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday makers, this is the place. Loads of clean towels great shower indoors and out. We will go back. Fantastic.
