FinlandLocation opposite the railway station was essential for me. Restaurants and shops close by. Very tidy and light studio and the bed was very comfy. Thanks for the lamp above the bed - works for a person who reads a lot! Thanks also for the couple of books in the flat, great choices. Bathroom modern, warm and tidy, towels clean and fresh. Would have been good to know in advance there is no coffee in the flat, but the small market is very close, so no problem. Did not use the equipment but all seemed to be in excellent condition. Information from host was timely, friendly and very clear, codes worked, no issues. Very quiet during the night despite a busy street, i guess the cold winter does that to the city.

+ sauna (free of charge when we stayed);
+ walking distance to Oulu, free bikes were also available but we decided to do a nice walk instead;
+ free street parking only, but close by (follow host's instructions);
+ labels around the apartment in both English and Finnish and even few pictograms were a pleasant surprise!
+ winter garden perfect for relaxing after sauna;
+ bathroom with shower, wash-basin, toilet, washing machine and dryer;
+ another separate toilet with a wash basin (limited hours)

Small apartment at tall building. It had parking lot in warm garage for extra 15 EUR fee. There is grocery store in same building just next to the main entrance. Across the street is pizza place. The main shopping street with lot of food options is about 500 m.
Apartment had fully equipped kitchen and there was also coffee.

Great location, near city center. Very friendly and helpful host, additionally helped us with finding free parking near the property. Clean and welcoming apartment with everything you might need (from wifi to netflix on tv).
