A wonderful couple of nights spent at this calm and peaceful located property. We were met by the owners (unfortunately did not get their names). We ate in the restaurant on both evenings and had wonderful home cooked Corsican food. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The swimming pool was clean and warm; we were provided towels free of charge. Our room was large and had plenty of storage; was clean and the balcony was a good size with great views. We have travelled a lot but this is one of the hotels that will stay with us, we loved it.

The atmosphere of the Orangeraie fills you with nostalgia for a family home in the countryside. I particularly loved the antique floors in the rooms, the infinity pool overlooking the mountain, the outstanding dinner dishes, and the attentiveness of the staff. You shouldn’t miss this hidden gem !

Very friendly and open-minded owner - who stays in the next building which is however totally separated from the apartment You will stay. The place itself is well decorated and furnished - has got proper bed, sofa and dining space. Bathroom is maintained with semi-industrial concept - which is quite stylish. You have a very positive impression when stay in. All necessary kitchen equipment is provided - so You can have a tasty, full breakfast. Additional advantage is a "game room", where even after the longer journey You can recharge (provides an agy pool table and football flippers).

The hospitality of Georges and Carole. They are super hosts with an incredible eye for what their guests like and need. I will never forget the exquisite coffee Carole brought me on our first morning whilst I was sitting in the first sun, after months of rain in Belgium. They give very good tips on what to see on the island, and on top, Georges is a fantastic cook 😀 Don’t bother to search for a good restaurant in Ajaccio. The best restaurant is right where you are.
