Good ratio quality/price hotel. The location was ideal for us, because we had our workplace just few hundreds meters from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and really enough. Cheese, meat, bread (baguette), fruits, fruit juices, coffee. The bathroom ist simple but clean.

The staff here really made this hotel. From the reception check in, service staff and the restaurant. Room we're very clean and quiet. The pool was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic property a bit outside Bordeaux but easily accessible with tram. Beautiful pool areas and rooms. Breakfast was great with coffee, waffles and eggs made fresh based on order. We had dinner one night at the restaurant which is an absolute must. It was lovely! Super friendly and attentive staff. We were there during the fires outside Bordeaux in July 2026 and the staff were calm and reassuring offering to help with booking trains out etc.

The hotel location was perfect for travellers driving north and south, just off the city ring road. The rooms are plain but warm and comfortable. The restaurant was exceptionable, especially for a budget hotel. The food was very good and plentiful and the staff were delightful. We could not ask for more and our pet dogs were happy too!

We were on a big road trip from the north of France to the south of Spain, driving in a car with a roof box, so I couldn't deal with anywhere with an underground car park. Les Criquets has its own secure car park, so that was the first reason I chose it. And what a good choice it was. The place was perfectly situated just to the north of Bordeaux, we were given a very friendly welcome from Madame and she was more than happy for us to have our two small dogs in our room for a very reasonable surcharge. Blanquefort station is only 5 minutes from the hotel and you can take a tram from there into the centre of Bordeaux. It's a 25-minute journey and you don't have to worry about car parking. The hotel spa is also excellent with a swimming, sauna, and steam room. We also spoilt ourselves with a massage. The whole spa is kept scrupulously clean, as is the whole hotel. We didn't eat in the hotel, but there was an excellent bistro 10 minutes walk from the hotel at which we ate both nights of our visit. Breakfast in the hotel was simple but exactly what was required.

Location, very clean, nice hosts

Beautiful and quiet setting in the countryside with exclusive parking inside an electric gated drive. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower area. The pool area and garden setting are fabulous and much needed in hot weather. Mostly everything needed to cook is provided in the kitchenette. Just a few minutes drive to a huge supermarket. Well placed to reach any area of Bordeaux in a short drive. The owners are discreet and very helpful, and we had a lovely welcome gift of local cakes.

Excellent space and really convenient for our plans. Clean and well equipped . Excellent communication with the host.

Location great for touring Medoc side of Brodeaux, and probably the city itself, but we had stayed in the city. 25-35min from airport except at rush hour. Walled premises parking inside at door of standalone small house, fully equipped kitchen most everything obviously pretty new. Warm welcome, as host lives there in main house. We were in winter, but garden around, so bbq available.
