Great location, 10 minute drive from Lost Gardens of Heligan and 22 minutes from Eden Project. Great walks around the property. It is quiet and lovely place to stay at. Our host Jessica was so nice and welcoming. Our dog Max loved the place as well. We had a good laugh while reading the family pets description. Beds are very comfortable and the place is very clean. Plenty of parking space for your cars and free WiFi, you will need it as phone reception is poor in the area. Ps. Try Wing Shed at St Austell if you like good fried chicken. Only 11 minute drive from property.

Location was excellent with lots of parking space, and it was good to have disabled parking. Thank you. As I usually have a very simple breakfast, (cereal) a similar choice would have been appreciated.
