We had an amazing stay and elected to extend it. The facilities are really comfy and high quality - duvets, carpets, everything is as good as our home or better. There is a lovely outdoor space and even in the winter you can enjoy a seating area and pit fire. We toasted marshmallows and played jigsaws until the rain stopped. Buses 4 and 8 go past the house and take you to peel, danby and castletown.

Our ancestors used to own this hotel, so we were keen to see it for ourselves. Not disappointed - gorgeous location next to a dramatic rocky shore. Very comfortable room overlooking the beach; a convivial woody bar; good food/beer and very pleasant and helpful staff. Top notch and very proud to finally see the place !!

what can we say except WOW! we had a gorgeous stay here for 1 night in the ballaglass glen room. all exceptional in every respect. modern and bright decor. room has a bay window with seating which we totally enjoyed relaxing in evening and morning before heading out. there is a large screen smart tv and sofa, walk in shower, king size comfortable bed. walk in wardrobe/room. plenty of storage space for clothing bags etc. we based ourselves here then headed into douglas town centre for walk drinks etc, then had a meal at Aura indian (excellent restaurant) next door then finished the night off at palace hotel casino for a bit of gambling, more drinks and pool. fab short weekend break. finally topped of with full breakfast in sugarbush cafe all included in room price. thank you Sabrina & staff for your lovely welcome. we will be back for longer stay very soon Brian & Michelle.

Perfect place on the promenade, great view. Lovely walking distance into Douglas. Loads of parking right outside. Building is full of charm and character. Room was warm and very clean. Superb hosts, looked after me wonderfully catering for my dietary needs superbly and gave me a very early check in following an early morning ferry arrival- a wonderful welcome! Breakfast was hearty and delicious; tea, coffee and biscuits in the room and I greatly appreciated the packed lunch provided when I left early before breakfast - thank you very much for making my stay warm, safe and relaxing whilst I was dealing with my late husbands business affairs in the Isle of Man.
