We had an amazing stay and elected to extend it. The facilities are really comfy and high quality - duvets, carpets, everything is as good as our home or better. There is a lovely outdoor space and even in the winter you can enjoy a seating area and pit fire. We toasted marshmallows and played jigsaws until the rain stopped. Buses 4 and 8 go past the house and take you to peel, danby and castletown.

Very spacious. Excellent facilities for cooking, laundry etc. Very central. Good parking, in public car park but reserved spaces.

The proprietors were wonderful to deal with over several plan changes. Meals (breakfast/dinner) were served in a wonderful "sun room," well prepared with good food options. It's only a block off the promenade (though up hill) and its convenient bus stop. They run both a "hotel" and "apartments" so there are numerous sleeping options.

Situated 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, The Devonian features a view over the Glen Falcon and landscaped gardens.

Good breakfast and service in general. We were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out while we went exploring before ferry left.

Perfect place on the promenade, great view. Lovely walking distance into Douglas. Loads of parking right outside. Building is full of charm and character. Room was warm and very clean. Superb hosts, looked after me wonderfully catering for my dietary needs superbly and gave me a very early check in following an early morning ferry arrival- a wonderful welcome! Breakfast was hearty and delicious; tea, coffee and biscuits in the room and I greatly appreciated the packed lunch provided when I left early before breakfast - thank you very much for making my stay warm, safe and relaxing whilst I was dealing with my late husbands business affairs in the Isle of Man.
