Breakfast English full and plus can choice coffe, juice, youghurts, bakery. Some hotel place its good ,nearly train station. To Liverpool with train 20 min. In hotel working bar and can eat lunch. Hotel friendly for pets and wifi for free.

Lovely location at the top of Overton Hill. The views from the bar terrace and lawn over the Mersey Estuary are stunning! Also you can walk to the war memorial and get an even better panorama. Very comfortable room.

All great staff was excellent friendly and very helpful the beds were clean and ok but I think they needed to be replaced

The hot tub was lovely the room was very nice an comfortable.

Our stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

The house was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Great location to Castlefields.

Rooms are huge, beds are very comfortable, the owners are delightful, made to feel very welcome.

Great stay whilst working away for a few weeks

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the property, which is a brand new one. I would rate it as exceptional. Everything is as given in the photos and as advertised. Very elegant, neat and clean place, with all amenities. We were in UK for a short golfing trip as a family. We cooked most of the time, given the requirements and odd hours of tournament golf. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking. Private Parking space, right in front of the house, is good and a small back yard too. I must also mention that the communication with the host was excellent. We had to book the property at very short notice, having landed at the previous location, which was denied being a Double booking through some other site. So we rebooked and were lucky that we got this property. We moved in same evening within 2-3 hours of the Booking. The host was prompt enough to send the cleaning Staff, despite it being a weekend to sort out any issues. Would definitely look at staying again if in the area.

Everything, we came to be near our daughter in Runcorn so she could stay with us and the communication with Hannah in helping us has been brilliant. We could not have chosen a more perfect place. The accommodation is beyond belief and if I was asked to score it 10 would not even measure it.,20 would be better. There is absolutely nothing negative we could say. We felt like we had moved into someone’s home. Comfort in all areas is incredible, bed, furnishings, kitchen facilities beyond anything we have ever experienced. We were able to live like we do at home. Yes the facilities are truly modern, amazing and yes we are 70 and 67 and it took us time to work everything out but Hannah is truly the most helpful host we have ever had and we have travelled using various sites independently for a long while. 10 plus plus plus for everything an amazing place, really don’t want to leave.
