The Cottage was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, fixture and fittings were a very good quality. It is in a very peaceful location with only the landlords for neighbours. We could not have asked for better accomadation.

Perfectly situated with lovely views. The cottage was cosy and comfortable - everything we needed to have a home from home stay. The host was easy to contact and super responsive to any questions. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed in one of the three little cottages on the farm. It is right in Exmoor, some few miles from Exford. We had access to a little outside area with a picnic bench and two camping chairs from which you had a wonderful view over the village.

Everything - Exceptionally helpful hosts - great cottage - everything there - TV Washing machine Internet access fridge cooker microwave all utensils powerful hot shower large comfy double bed - on a small farm in the middle of the countryside - Beautiful !

This cottage was fantastic, and i can't recommend it enough to any other travellers. The hosts were great, so friendly, and the cottage had everything you would need for a great stay. It was so lovely to arrive and have bread, milk, eggs and even a fresh cake on the kitchen table.. just fantastic, thank you.

Wonderful stay in wonderful place. The house is unique, elegant but super cozy, all details are cared of with amazing taste and sense of beauty. Our room had literally everything you may need, all set in the best way. Breakfast was restaurant level, with the plus of house comfort and chance to chat with owners. Thanks for all this beauty!

Really comfortable cottage - nice kitchen and sitting room with fireplaces.

Breakfast very good indeed. Very friendly staff. Lovely old-fashioned feel to the pub. Telly didn't work, but that didn't matter. We didn't go to Exmoor to watch telly!!

Great host and brilliant home with all the required facilities.

Location was excellent to explore all that Exmoor and the surrounding areas have to offer. A great base from which to start your adventures. Our kids loved that they could help out with the animals each morning prompting many discussion about the pets they now want (a donkey unfortunately will not fit). Very welcoming hosts with great amounts of knowledge of the local area.
