A place to slow down or even stop among the fruit trees! A simple, homely place with a beautiful garden, nice, clean and cool pool and simple, basic, comfortable rooms. The location is good for exploring kahkheti but we didn't do very much, aside from a lovely outing to Signagi and a winery organised by our hosts, and walking to the monastery at Gremi, pretty much apart from that we sat in the garden watching the world (very slowly) go by. We walked into the village for cold beers, there isn't much there but it has all the shops you need, a pharmacy, a bakery etc. The breakfast and meals at the hotel are simple, home cooked and delicious. We felt pretty healthy and content eating fruit from the trees, delicious soups and of course amazing Georgian bread! The hosts are the kindest people, when we had to leave early in the morning on our last day (before breakfast) they packed us a takeaway box. The homemade wine is also very good (but dangerous!) and served cold. The internet works well in the kitchen but not in the rooms, we had work to do but were happily able to do it in the kitchen. I would recommend this if you want a place with basic comforts and simple pleasures. I hope to return one day!

We really enjoyed our stay – the accommodation was lovely and the staff were amazing. They kindly arranged an early breakfast for us on the day of our departure, which we truly appreciated. The wine tasting was excellent, and every dish we tried in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Property is beautiful, cottage is cozy and clean for perfect sleep. Most impressive was the hospitality of host, which gave us the best experience during our Georgia trip. Dinner is a must, best meal we had in Georgia. They are also building a pool in the property, construction is ongoing.

We had a lovely time at Gremisio! Gocha was a fantastic host, who took a lot of time to show us his vinetard, traditional vinemaking cellar and made a barbecue for us and other guests. His food and own wine was excellent, it was the best wine we drank over our 10 Days trip in Georgia. Our room incl. bathroom were comfy and clean.
