The house was very cozy and roomy. It had all the amenities for short or long stays. The garden and the view were amazing. Everything was clean and private parking was also nice. Property is a very short drive away from Khulo so you can check out local restaurants or shop for groceries there. Overall this was a highlight of our trip.

The highlight of our stay was the incredible dinner prepared by the hostess, Khathuna. It was absolutely unforgettable — a true culinary experience that easily surpassed any restaurant meal we had in Batumi. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely at home.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The gentleman working here was especially kind and helpful, always responding quickly to our questions and requests. The food was delicious, the surrounding nature is beautiful, and the atmosphere is so warm and peaceful. There are even two lovely goats and a little cow living here, and the cats come over to say hello. 🐐🐄🐈 You can truly feel the warmth of both the place and the people. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back! ❤️

"We had an exceptional stay at this hotel from February 10 to 13, 2025. Everything was perfect! The hotel is new and very well maintained. The rooms were large, spacious, and perfectly clean. The pool and sauna were also spotless and very enjoyable. The staff was always available, kind, and professional. A special thank you to Sandro for his warm welcome and great service—he made our stay even better! We truly enjoyed these three amazing days and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect experience. Thank you for everything!"
