This family of young retiries are in the hospitality business not for the business but for hospitality. If you ever need to stay in the area, you should consider no other option. Best facilities and best hospitality guaranteed! We were greeted by tea and pancakes and some chacha ) You benefit from gated parking, pet friendly and friendly pet attitude, and amazing views to the mountains from the top terrace with common access.

This was the best accommodation experience of our entire trip to Georgia — and we stayed in seven different places! Koba, Irina, and Nana are a wonderful family who gave us a true taste of Georgian hospitality. We are so grateful for their thoughtful care, the little details that made our stay so comfortable, and the warmth and coziness of their beautiful home. The guesthouse is spotlessly clean, tastefully designed, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. And Irina’s breakfast is simply outstanding! Everything is made with local, homegrown ingredients, including fresh eggs and homemade cheeses. Just look at the photos — this was some of the most delicious food we had on our entire trip! We feel so lucky to have met such wonderful people along the way. Koba and Irina, we wish you many happy, healthy years of welcoming guests into your beautiful home! We’re already dreaming of coming back next year. 🤞❤️

An amazing stay after a long ride. We were warmly welcomed by such a lovely family and immediately felt at home. The apartment is just great. It takes up the whole upper floor of a traditional Georgian house and has two bedrooms, a huge living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies. One of them is a huge terrace with a panoramic view of the mountains. The house is cozy, very clean and beautifully decorated, and has everything you might need. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, especially in the evening and early morning. Sometimes you can even see the clouds right in the garden. And the sunsets are beautiful. The village is very quiet, and the road there is paved and in good condition, which was especially nice after a long ride. The hosts are amazing. They treated us to homemade wine and fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome. It's a perfect place to stay for a night or for a whole month. We were really happy we found this place and stayed here. We will definitely be back!
