We adored this place. The host, Flo, is lovely, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are big and well designed: they have everything you need. The bed was really comfortable and there are blackout blinds so we slept like a dream. The pool is glorious and because there aren't lots of rooms often it feels like you have a private villa. Watching the hummingbirds come and go as we were sunbathing was a real favourite of ours. It has very chill, relaxing vibes. Flo is on hand to give you all the information you need, whether it is her thoughtful sheet on the best restaurants in town, or the Guadeloupe guide she has created. Flo also helped us to book restaurants.

The hotel is a very relaxing place for vacation. The whole complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are in small bungalows and are very well equipped, it was quiet, clean and with beautiful views. The pool and pool bar are great with excellent cocktails. The restaurant and breakfast was amazing. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and varied. The restaurant serves upscale local cuisine. Everything tastes wonderful! But what I appreciated the most was the friendliness of the staff. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay in this place.

This hotel was a "little gem" The rooms were well appointed, the view was outstanding, and the concierge was well versed and offered multiple ideas for the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, breakfasts and the afternoon refreshment after a day of exploring the island. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms are perfectly appointed. We spoke very little English yet we were able to communicate our needs and the staff was very understanding and worked with us to figure out what we needed. Perfect place.

Beautiful hotel, on the hill with spectacular views. Our bungalow had its own little private pool and a very private huge garden on the hill. Waking up, we had the view of the sunrise and the ocean from above. The private beach below is small but really beautiful, with comfy beds all over and great food/snacks/drinks.

Very welcoming hosts, Monique and Gilbert. They have a large single storey house, with several rooms to let. It is styled in an attractive contemporary fashion, and, at the time we visited, parts of the garden was a work in progress, but that was something to look forward to, if we are ever fortunate to visit Gwad again, as we'd love to stay there again. We had a meal outdoors with them and we found them lovely people, happy to converse, despite our poor French. The large bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. Plenty of towels, and spare linen, should they be needed. Breakfast, in fine sunshine on the large terrace, was a variety of fruits, yogurts, bread and jams and a plentiful supply of good filter coffee.

Both of the hosts are great. It's great to see how much care they are putting into their place. The pool is big enough to enjoy it. The design of the houses and the improvement made in the garden are peaceful. The place is quiet and kids free, which is quite practical will definitely visit again.
