These are newly built, well-designed and very well appointed apartments. We had a wonderful stay and the apartments were warm in a very wet and cold February, with your own control of temperature from the heat pump system. Mrs Maria, the cleaner of the facility was excellent, a friendly face enabling communication with the management of the rooms, with practical help and advice.

Nice spacious place with good kitchen, blinds so sun doent come in morning and little ones to do early wake ups. All good. There is a very good tavern nearby and location overall is good (considering island needs a car to appropriately experience). A great beach for kids with amazing facilities is nearby 3 min but ideally needs a car.

We had an confortable stay at Alexis’s place. He and his wife were very kind. He gave us many recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The stone house’s under de olive trees and near the see it was realy magical. House was always clean and all details what you needed thinking by Alexis and his wife. The beach was private and if you want make a cano or padel board you can do every time. This was realy most relaxing holiday what we’ve need it a long time. Thenk u all Katerina&Alexis.

The house is set in a beautiful garden with plenty of parking spaces. The views of the Bay of Gera are lovely. There is a very calm resident dog. The property is all on one floor with everything you could want - excellent TV, Wi-Fi, air-con, hot water (you have to switch it on and off on the fuse board). It’s very convenient for Mytilene or the Therma Spa but you feel as if you are deep in the countryside it’s so peaceful.

We stayed here for one week as a family and had a wonderful experience. The villa was very new, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The private pool was maintained daily, and the fresh forest air made the stay very relaxing. From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of both the sea and Mytilene city while having your coffee. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

House had amazing design and was super clean. The owner was lovely and provided a lot of extra things on the house for free ( water , juice and snacks for kids ,coffee sugar and many more). Very friendly people always available to help. Great accommodation for families or couples.Location also is excellent. I strongly recommend them . Thank you for the amazing experience 🥰
