We spent the last 3 days of our one-week Karpathos trip in Jhonathan Hotel. Lovely place with fabulous sea view. Rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for families with children. Paris is a perfect host. He was always available via phone when we had a question. He was asking if we need something when he was going to city center. He gave us an umbrella to use at the beach. We have visited many beaches in Karpathos and Amoopi has definitely the best ones. There is short walking way from the hotel down to the beaches, so ignore the route shown in Google. We definitely recommend Jhonathan Hotel and would come back in our next visit.

The warm hospitality. the beauty of the design. Maria. the owner and the manager is an artist and her touch is present at every corner of the place. She was also very helpful for advice concerning places to go ans things to do. All staff members are family members. and they do their best to make you feel at home. If we ever come back to Karpathos it will be definitely to this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a remote beach area. Perfect for those looking to unwind and love the sun and sea. Gorgeous pathways from the hotel that lead to many little beaches and bays to swim. There a little taverns and mini markets scattered around the area, however the hotel has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food with great offerings. I really enjoyed our daily breakfast we were spoilt for choice, especially loved the home grown figs. The town center is a 10 minute taxi drive or you can catch the bus. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My advice if wanting to visit the villages or other towns book a day or two ahead with reception as the island is remote taxis can be limited when it’s peak season. Overall I would stay again at this Beautiful hotel.

The accommodation is new and clean, has a very modern yet classic feel to the spaces and rooms. Close to the center but very quiet place. The price us ok for Greece, for the conditions offered in my view. Also the staff is very helpful and friendly, thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

We were among the very first guests, and everything felt fresh and modern, with stylish furniture and excellent facilities. The hostess, Anna, was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything, and it offers beautiful views. Free parking is also available, making it even more convenient for those with a car. The Villas are exceptional at the best possible location having a breathtaking view of the beach exactly in front of them. Everything organized perfectly, very very clean, and the hostess very kind and welcoming.
