I liked the proximity to sea, view from the patio, easy to park outside the room, trees and grass all around felt surrounded by nature. Like camping in a hotel room. It has great potential if managed properly.

It was in a central position close to the water front with exceptional views of the sea. The decor was very beautiful & luxurious. The staff were friendly & accommodating. The breakfast was a delicious homemade buffet complimentary with the room. Our room had a amazing balcony facing the sea and esplanade.

Located in the quiet street not far from the sea. Parking is on the street, forget private parking.

The apartment was light and bright and beautifully appointed. It is located right on the waterfront in a quiet part of Itea with a lovely view. It is a short drive from Delphi. Christina was a great host who provided lots of information about checking in and great recommendations for dinners.

The flat is located in the middle of Itéa, approx 50m away from sea side, and Itea port in a small street. You can reach resturants and beaches (there are several in Itéa) by foot from the flat easily. Thanks to that the flat is located in a small street it is very quiet. The accomodation is very comfortable, two story flat, nicely furneshed, equiped with everything you need, and very clean. George, our host is one of the most hospital owner we met during our travels. Very kind and helpful in every aspect. Upon arrival cold water, beverages for the kids, fresh greek fruit and tzipuro (greek sprit) was waiting us in the flat. We spent 6 great and happy days here. We highly recomend it.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The location is great- one block away from the beach. Itea is a very chilled town. The owners are super friendly and gave us excellent recommendations. And it was great value for money.

The apartment is extraordinary. It is very clean and tastefully furnished. It can be seen that it is arranged by someone who pays attention to details, with painted pictures, with very beautiful lamps. The furniture is modern. In the chic kitchen, you can find all the utensils, cups, plates, kettle, coffee filter, sandwich maker, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, that are in a house. The linen and towels are super clean and smell nice. In the bedroom, the mattress was very comfortable. The bedroom has air conditioning separate from the living room, so we could have privacy with the child. In the bathroom there are even earplugs and makeup remover pads. The rest can be seen from the pictures: from the balcony you can see the sea and the passenger ships entering the port. The location is in the city center, the taverns are 2 steps away, the beach is the same.Free parking in front of the apartment. We saw movies on Netflix on TV. You also have a place to spread the laundry and clothespins. If we get to Itea again, we would definitely like to live in this apartment. We have never felt so good in any hotel with many stars. The house was great. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It's perfect for a group of friends (about 4 to 6 people) or a family with a couple of children. The yard is huge, it has toys and a mini playground for children. The view is amazing and the beach is at your doorstep.

Great, calm location in the nicest town. The owner and especially the mom are very kind, helpful and fast to respond. Great place to stay with a baby as well as they have a bed, high chair and a swing in the garden. Also right by the sea. There are probably a lot of more nice things I can say about the place.

Excellent and incredibly welcoming and helpful service from the host Christina. Fantastic location, 100 meters from the beach, very close to shops and restaturants. Very comfortable accomodation, highly reccomended.
