The terrace was stunning! The Village too. The house very clean, and the owner very friendly. She waited for US at the locale taverna tò bring us home. And she also offer us some delicious pies

The location is excellent, a calm gulf with sandy perfect beach, blue waters and not a busy area of South Crete. Nice experience for family with children, a very nice team of animators, Pink Wave, excellent food, very clean.

Υπεροχη τοποθεσια σε ενα γραφικο χωριο. Το βραδυ στο σπιτι επικρατεί απόλυτη ησυχία και γαληνη στη πισω αυλη με θεα τα αστερια. Μια εμπειρία σπάνια πλέον. Το σπιτι αισθητικα άρτιο. Σε μια εποχη που ολα τα ενοικιαζομενα σπιτια φαίνεται να ακολουθούν μια συγκεκριμένη, κορεσμενη και απλα βαρετή αισθητική οπου και να βρισκονται. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ευγενική και πολύ εξυπηρετική σε οτι χρειαστηκαμε!

Extremely peaceful place in the nature. Great view of the sea. Comfortable quality beds. Everything new and well thought out. 12 minutes by car to the beach - and there's a lovely small pebbly beach with just a few locals, sometimes completely empty.

The villa is superbly designed and well equipped - plenty of sunbeds and places to sit to eat or relax and sunbathe. The pool is salt water which we’ve never experienced before but it was no different an experience to any other villa pool and nice to know it’s not full of chemicals

Beautiful house in even more beautiful surrounding. Great sea view and peaceful area. House is new and exceptionally well equipped - one of the best, I experienced through 20 years of traveling with Booking. Host was kind and very responsive. Private and well maintained pool.

Nice spacious house with an amazing view over Makry Gialos and the surrounding area. Comfortable beds and soft towels were great. Insect screens on windows and terrace doors were very helpful. Lovely pool and outside seating area, taking full advantage of the view.

The apartments were clean, cozy and with all the things you need for a stay. The kitchen has everything. Hygiene products. Clean bed and towels. Place for clothes. And a comfortable terrace. Good atmosphere and location for living. It's better to rent a car. That way you'll see more and it'll be easier to get around.

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was a warm, helpful host from start to finish and everything was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. She even made us a delicious homemade cake, which was such a lovely touch. The location was excellent too — less than 5 minutes walk to Limanaki beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a genuine, well-run stay in Makry Gialos.

Everything, down to each detail. This is “Rustic minimalism” at its best. So well thought and aesthetics are hign. Even a walk to town/beach has it’s moments.
