Very good breakfast, with a lot of choices. Detox juices were top. Location is TOP. Beach is excellent with sand, with sunbeds provided.

Location , close to old town . Small family run resort away from crowds . Any issues are dealed with immediately .

Near in the beach, grocery and more... the staff are helpful. We would like to come back again.

Hotel was at amazing location. Everyrhing was few steps away. But at the same time there were quiet.

We stayed in the hotel in July 2024. Every evening we enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony of our room and caught the sun in our glasses of excellent Greek wine. The photo taken completely reflects the mood of our vacation and symbolizes true happiness, love and harmony in this life. Everything is well organized and love the rooms and pool. All the details like pool towels, sunscreen and delicious food from the poolbar. We loved the warm hospitality of Martha and all the people from the bar was excellent. Room was well cleaned every day. I recommande this hotel for families but also for friend groups. Chersonissos is only 8 minutes away by car and Potamos beach only 10 minutes away.

The hotel is beautifully located, slightly away from the center but in a peaceful and quiet spot. Parking. A beautiful sea view from the room. A good breakfast is served by the pool. The hosts are very polite, and the hotel is well-maintained. Highly recommended.

Very nice location, everything was wonderful!! The beach just 10 meters from hotel marvelous view with mountains and other restaurants just 10 minutes walk! Rooms were very clean staff very kind and friendly!! Even if there is no breakfast they have bar and kitchen just outside, you don't even have to go somewhere else. Everything was so perfect. No more words. Definitely coming back here soon!

Very friendly hosts and very good food (you must try mousaka 😍). The apartmens are right on the beach and equipped with a nice pool!

The location, the resort-feel and the family ambiance was perfect! We were there with a three year old in the new building overlooking the pool. We enjoyed to sit on our balcony more then on the beach🙈

Everything about the property was perfect, the room was the perfect size and the pool! Location was insane with many shops etc opposite. The cleaners and owner were lovely and accommodating. Would recommend staying here definitely!

The house was very clean and the host was easily contacted and very kind.

Villa Gio offered us a SUPERB stay in Malia, Crete! We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess with some delicious Mediterranean treats. The villa is spacious, spotless, and even more luxurious than the photos. The hostess was super friendly and available to address any questions. We loved the balcony view and all the amenities that Villa Gio provided - just as described! The villa is conveniently located in Malia, only a 20-minute drive from the airport, next to a traditional neighborhood and by the beach. Malia is a very lively village with something for every taste and age, and we enjoyed the sun and the stunning beach. It is a fairly short drive from Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos, making it an ideal site to explore Crete, which we are looking forward to doing on our next stay. Villa Gio is definitely a gem for a very reasonable price - we highly recommend it!
