My stay at Etheres was amazing. 4 nights of total bliss. The thing I appreciated most is how clean the villas was and the premises ( pool, backyard, outside chairs and tables ). The view is absolutely terrific. You can see the whole city of Nikiti and the beautiful blue sea. AC was working great and it was placed in the living room so we could keep it on all night long without bothering any of the bedrooms. The shower gel and shampoo provided were plenty and very high quality also. The beach is only a 5-6 minutes drive. Most of the good taverns and bars are near the location, 3-4 minutes drive or 10-15 minutes walk. Also there is a delivery service that got us all the needed goodies, breakfast in the morning etc. The host provided us with a list of the best restaurants in the area, we visited 3 of them and they were very good indeed. Also there is gentleman that cleans the private pool 2 or 3 times per day, that kept my wife really happy. Upon leaving we asked for a late checkout and the host agreed at no extra cost! Very nice and friendly from their side ! I recommend this location 10/10, I want to return next year.

The apartment was perfect and cleaned on daily basis, location is great, you can easily access the best beaches on Sithonia that are located on the northeast and west part, the pool is nice to chill out in the morning or evening and probably good for families but, in my opinion, that is just a nice accessory to the new, beautiful complex, I prefer the closeness of the sea. The hosts are amazing, kind, polite, patient and attentive

I loved this apartment, rooms, view, harden and the hosts!!! Katerina and her husband are one of the most kind and welcoming people, we felt like a home from the very start and this is a huge thing for me! Never felt such hospitality anywhere else. Rooms have everything, two balconies with a relaxing view, ac, and the kitchen has facilities that you need for a holiday. Room service was coming everyday. The location is perfect, 50 metres away from the beach, walking distance from big grocery shops and seaside restaurants, at night it's very calm and you don't hear noise from the bars. The garden is very cute, with lots of nice plants and flowers I want to say a huge thanks to the hosts for their warm welcome and amazing hospitality we'll definitely come back there again!

It was suuper super clean, comfortable and very quiet. The upper part of the duplex where the bedroom was placed was really cute & comfy, and the bathroom which is usually the most important for us was very clean, spacious and new. We will come back for sure.

The management of the apartments is excellent. Everything is clean, beautiful. Promenade and beach 10 metres away. Free parking nearby. Quiet at night despite the proximity to restaurants and seafront. The staff are very attentive, always available, respond to any questions very quickly

The owners of the apartment are good, kind and pleasant people. We are glad for meeting them and for being their guests in an apartment that is comfortable, clean and decorated with style and love in every detail. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is beautiful. The apartment is located in a peaceful and quiet part of the city, with safe and secure parking, something we really liked. Great accommodation for a family stay where we didn't miss anything and felt like we were at home. We would stay there again.

Our family of 4 stayed in a loft apartment. Rooms were cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided daily. The property well maintained and clean. Ample parking nearby. The grocery store and bakery a 2 min walk. Nikiti restaurants a 12 minute walk. It was a nice and quiet stay, and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended.

Small beach on site, especially nice for evening hours, with free sunbeds from the host. Nicely equipped room and kitchen. Quiet place with a green backyard and nice hosts. Free parking on property, only 500m walk to center.

We had everything we needed for our holiday - even the mini kitchen had great supply of cutlery! Book a room with a sea view - we really enjoyed having a drink at the balcony every evening, starring at the sea! Overall, it was very quiet during our stay hence we managed to sleep till late! There were plenty of free parking slots outside in the beginning of July. Spacious bathroom and the most comfortable bed we have slept on (the soft mattress on top is a real deal breaker!) Thank you for hosting us and making our holiday awesome!

apartment located in a very good place. very close to the beach in Nikiti, but also to other, in my opinion, the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. the apartment is very clean and well prepared for couples and families with children. equipped with everything we needed. has a spacious parking lot. the owners are very nice and helpful people.
