Very spacious parking area. Great location near the Ipsala border — perfect after a long wait. Just 5–10 minutes by car to Alexandroupoli center and supermarkets. Even though we arrived early, we were allowed to check in. Stayed in one room with 3 beds and one child — had a comfortable night and enjoyed exploring the city. Great value for the price. No need to pay more to stay downtown if you have a car. You can even do day trips to nearby Makri beaches. Don’t forget to book beach bars in advance during peak season!

Everything. One of the best places I've stayed. Really well thought out for those who travel for work. Had a great workspace, super comfy bed and the linen felt really good. The apartment had a lovely ambiance and decor making it a great home away from home. I also really appreciated they had teabags and tea making facilities. Was a very short walk to the promenade overlooking the ocean, tavernas and cafes.

We booked this place at the very last minute while waiting at the border — and it turned out to be an absolute gem. Its location, right at the entrance to the city centre, is ideal. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a fresh, modern design, and the private parking is a huge advantage in Alexandroupoli, where parking can be a real challenge. What truly made the difference, though, was the warm and thoughtful attention of Stavros. Despite our last-minute booking, we found coffee capsules ready for us and a delicious local cookie, freshly delivered from a nearby bakery, waiting in the room. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more.

Apartment was very big , beautiful, modern and very clean , isolation of windows was amazing no need to open any heaters also super quiet. The owner Evangelia was very kind yet super helpful 👍 definitely recommend it, BIG PLUS FOR PET allowance! As a big family travelling with dog 🐕 ❤️ it was very helpful for us because not many greek people like or allow the dogs in their homes. We had a great stay here! Very calm and peaceful place. The view from the balcony is amazing! The location is perfect -the beach is infront of you(5 min.walk) also it's really close to the centre of Aleksandropoly. Аgia Paraskevi and Makri with their beautiful beaches are nearby. The apartment is fully equipped, very comfortable and clean! Perfect place and perfect host for your adventure in this part of Greece. Thanks a lot for your place and your hospitality!
