location is good. It is within walking distance to both the seaside promenade area and the main street of Alexandrapoli. The building seemed like new to us. The rooms were clean and everything was new, although it was a city hotel, it also had a small balcony. We loved our stay, it was so comfortable. I never expected it to be this good. It's sparkling clean everywhere. The furniture is new, and the decor is wonderful. The rooms have everything you need. The location is a bit outside the city center, but that's an advantage for those driving. There's no parking problem.

very spacious apartment, big balcony, clean, everything you need. lovely and very helpful host, we had a loaded fridge waiting for us and obtained all the nfos we needed. For us the location was ideal - we arrived at the harbour quickly.
