Mathiew and Georgia were amazing! They took care of all the needs we had, even when we had a massive crisis they helped us with everything! The Villa were extremely clean (even gave us fruits and a cake). All the accessories in the house were top quality and nothing were missing. The location is great (max 1 hour driving from all locations in Crete) Been in a few Villas in Crete, this one is the best by far!

The villa is spacious and it provides any necessary amenities for a carefree stay... It is ideally located only a few minutes away from the town of Rethymno, set in a peaceful place in the nature, offering great sea views.. The owners went above and beyond, a big and special thank to Aggeliki who made us feel like home during our stay there! Highly recommend this villa to anyone who seeks relaxing holidays in a green scenery while being in close proximity to the vivid town of Rethymno and a great variety of sandy beaches as well as sightseeing...

A very special house and extraordinary experience Spacious house and wonderful 360 degrees views. Just like in the photos and even more so. Short driving from lovely village of Margarita Vasilis and his son welcomed us when we came.

An enormous amount of space in this beautifully restored old stone house, spread across two floors with a lovely courtyard and a terrace. A 2-3 minute drive down into Margarites village with its ceramics shops and tavernas.

We stayed 2 weeks from the beginning of August. From the first days until the last everything was perfect. The owner Ritsa was a great host and always quick to reply to any question we had. The property is beautiful, spacious, and situated in a quiet place within walking distance to a pretty village where you can explore the artisan shops and pickup groceries, and visit the many tavernas. The pool is great, and it’s cleaned regularly. The house has a washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. There is an outside barbecue area which is handy. It was our third time in Crete and we’ve always stayed in lovely places, but Margaritas has won a special place in our hearts. All the people we met in the village were very friendly and welcoming. If you decide to visit we strongly recommend Taverna Giannousakis (it’s not easily found on the map) Eleni and her grandson Dionysus will serve you the best and most genuine Greek specialities (and we’ve tried most of the Tavernas here so this is a very strong recommendation). The local coffee shop (sweet Margarites) is a lovely stop for breakfast or any refreshment and have very friendly owners.
