This place was excellent. I had a big room with a comfy bed, air conditioning, kitchenette and large balcony. Staff were wonderful - answered all my questions and very friendly. The pool is amazing with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. I did not have breakfast included but I did pay for it one morning and the selection was great. Very typical Greek breakfast assortment. (Cost 9 €) The property is a good 20 minute walk to town - which I didn’t mind, but something to be aware of especially on a hot day.

Loved my stay at Minos beach hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Sleeping with the balcony open and listening to the waves was amazing and the sunrise in the room every morning was magic! The food at the restaurant was really good and tasty, but the highlight was the staff! so friendly and welcoming. Sophia, Fouad, Marina and the others thank you. I booked 3 nights but loved it so much I stayed a full week.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Upon arrival at the hotel, I was warmly welcomed at the reception with a welcome drink, which made a great first impression. I was given a beautiful room with a stunning sea view. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my entire stay. The hotel is of a high standard, everything was well organized, and I felt very comfortable during my vacation. One of the highlights was the beautiful and clean beach with breathtaking views. The hotel also has an excellent location, close to the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and loved everything about this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely return in the future.

Room was nice, clean and spacious. Location was also very convenient as it is within a walking distance from the center. Breakfast was exceptional and we didn't pay for this as an extra.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel as it is 2 stars and so my expectations were superseded. It really is great value for money. Simple but nice rooms and very clean. All you need in them. Nice balcony views. Very friendly staff. Pool is lovely and location very near to town. Overall found this an excellent stay for the price you pay and a bit of a gem.

Al Thea offers the best customer service and top-notch facilities. We were particularly impressed with the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, featuring many unique dishes each day. The staff provided plenty of information and tips on the nearest beaches, which was very helpful. Our room (Room 4) was spacious, with a massive bed, air conditioning, and stunning views of the beach and the pool. We highly recommend this hotel! Please try to have lunch or dinner here as well. We had an excellent fresh fish prepared by the owner. Also, complementary figs on arrivals were the best in the world! 🙂 Thank you Maria 😍

We had the most wonderful stay here. The views across the island are breathtaking and the windmill has been renovated with lots of love for details. We had delicious dinner in the nearby village of Othos every night and visied stunning beaches on both sides of the island. We would love to come back to this paradise one day.

Wonderful terrace with perfect view over the mountains, the sea and the villages. Very quiet. In the gardens of Volada. You can hear all kinds of birds. Newly renovated, very modern and clean. Has everything you need.

Lovely traditional house in a mountain village. Lots of old fixtures but with modern facilities. Great for a family of four. Short walk to local village taverna. Host very helpful.

Where to begin? If I had to sum up our two-week stay, I’d simply say: it was the perfect family vacation in an amazing villa, on the stunning island of Karpathos. 1. The Villa: Spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped—this villa is ideal for a family with two or more children. The “infinity” pool may be on the smaller side, but it’s deeper than expected, making it fun and safe for both kids and adults. The view from the pool is breathtaking, overlooking the valley with the town of Pigadia shimmering in the distance. Parking was never a problem—there’s an easy spot just about 20 meters from the gate. 2. The Setting: The villa is tucked away in a very private and peaceful area. We truly appreciated the quiet, the sense of seclusion, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature—yet we were never too far from the island’s main attractions. 3. The Hospitality: What truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality. The owner and his kind mother made us feel completely at home. Every few days, she surprised us with lovely local treats—fresh eggs, bread, or homemade loukoumades. These small gestures added so much warmth to our experience and made us feel genuinely welcome. ⸻ We loved every moment and are already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended for families looking to relax, explore, and enjoy the true spirit of Karpathos.

Everything! Amazing place to be…

Karpathos View Villa is a great villa featuring a very nice swimming pool along with an amazing view of the Karpathos Town bay. It is perfectly located in the center of the island so that you can easily reach everything. But above all Manolos is the perfect host and will make your stay unforgettable, especially with the unique boat ride he offers for free to isolated beaches and caves of the island.

Fantastic appartment! Stunning views, excellent facilities, and a cozy backyard. The friendly, smiley host made us feel right at home. It is located in a very convenient location to discover all the parts of the island. Highly recommend!
