The location was perfect, very close to the beach and very close to Chora. The staff and the owner of the property were very helpful, polite and discreet. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The tavern located right next to the property serves delicious Greek food and excellent Greek coffee. It was, overall, an amazing experience! Highly recommended!!!

We had a exelent stay ! First we stay in our Camping van , and the last days we booked the Princess Appartement to finish ourthee month stay on Skyros . The Roos Are nice and clean and the balkon was supperb ! Perfect Place for the sun downer

Location was excellent, away from the hassle but close to everything in the area. Room was decorated with good taste and had some loving touches, which showed real care. Kitchen was fully equipped and the manager, Mr. Alexandros was really friendly and gave excellent tips and spot on information on whatever I asked. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and outside seating.

Beautiful and spacious accommodation in a style of traditional Skyrian house. Lovely sea view from the terrace and the amazing and quiet Gyrismata beach just 50m far. Kind, friendly and helpful owner was a great plus! Thank you!

It's my second time staying in Lykomides and I'd happily go back. It's ideally located (you literally roll off the ferry and it's there) spotless accommodation, excellent value for money and a great owner (Soula is a mine of information about the area). And there's a fabulous cafe bar right next door to sit and while away the day and plenty of other places nearby to eat or have a drink. Not to forget that Kalamitsa beach is a 10-minute walk away. What's not to like?

The room was spacious and clean, and it felt perfect for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which had a lovely view of Chora and the sea. The host was wonderfully friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with any request, offering helpful advice throughout our stay. The accommodation was within easy walking distance of the sandy beach, which was ideal for the children. There were also nice restaurants on the beach and a supermarket nearby. Even the walk up the stairs to Chora was manageable for our children, aged 12 and 4, when avoiding the car. Hot water was available throughout the day. Overall, it was a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a peaceful family holiday.

There were many amenities in the house and that made us feel like home! Marina, the host was really thoughtful and helpful! She even brought us a homemade jam, which was really good! The location was excellent if you want to enjoy the original Skyros' life/ vibes along the narrow streets! The car cannot enter the old town of Chora, but there is a free Municipal parking around 5 minutes (uphill) walking from Katoi! Go for a walk or shopping until midnight, and make sure to take your breakfast in the traditional coffee shops! Everything is 2 minutes walking from there! You will might need the car if you want to go for a swimming, as there are a lot of beautiful beaches all around the island!

Loved everything about our stay, from the thoughtful care of the renovation to the provision of all the useful things you'd need for the kitchen, to the two small balconies and the calm location so close to the life of the village. Our hosts even provided us with fresh apricots from their tree and a pot of jam! The personal touch is what makes this lovely location - a traditional Skyrian home modernised for travellers today - stand head and shoulders above the crowd. It is light, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. The walk down to the sandy beach and back up was not onerous, and you have all the amenities of the village at your fingertips - the best combination to get the most out of a stay on this lovely island. Travellers should bring shoes with good soles as the village cobbles have been polished by many feet! The photos are true to life and the place never felt cramped or small. I can't give this fabulous accommodation enough stars!

It is easy to find due to its location near the police station. The room is beautifully, stylishly, and tastefully decorated. The location is ultra-central. Just around the corner is the main street of the town, where you can find souvenirs and restaurants with food to suit every taste. Personally, I ate most often at Manita. I was absolutely delighted to find books on the shelves, beautifully integrated into the interior design. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything I needed for a comfortable stay: coffee, tea, snacks, etc. Everything necessary was provided—for cleaning, for the kitchen, for the bathroom—including shaving foam and even sanitary pads. The care for guests can be felt in every detail. Marina was incredibly helpful and even arranged our ride to the airport with the only female taxi driver on the island, named Soula. I would gladly return to Skyros again.

Nice room new and clean, big shower and well located in center. You can walk to the beach or to rhe castle on top.
