Great location, modern comfortable room with a million dollar view, staff were fantastic, service wonderful. Can’t fault it.

A very pleasant stay! The room was clean, comfortable and had everything that needed, as well as a lovely balcony. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area at the centre of Spetses and is a great choice for a stay on the island. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this hotel, but definitely not the last! The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and the town. Everything is tidy and clean, and the breakfast is excellent! But the biggest praise goes to Mr. Spiros, who makes your stay feel just like home! Highly recommended, and we’ll see you again soon!

It is in the middle of the both sides of island; for ex 5 min from old habour, 2 min centre. Easy to access, very clean, and everyday new towel and freshements.

It felt like your own private villa, with courtyards and private nooks.

The location was great, just in front of the beach. The breakfast was fixed but its all you need to start your day. The staff were very friendly especially Elena at the reception.

Everything. The room was so beautiful and comfy. The balcony also has the best view. From the moment we went, the room was so clean and everything met our standards. Last but not least, the host was so friendly and helpful. She was always checking if we are okay and if we needed something.

Very clean with a beautiful view and a fully equipped kitchen! It has two great balconies and very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was perfect!

Centrally located, fully equipped with all kitchen stuff, televisions, spacious and comfortable, perfect for 3 adults. A bathroom and a w.c. and a quite back veranda. A large playroom with T.V. on the basement, which can also be used as a bedroom.

Superb location with easy beach access: through the gate, cross the quiet road, down a few steps, and into the water. There are beautiful rocks and lagoons if you love snorkelling. But first: sipping espresso under the villa's olive tree watching a sunrise (moonrise also available from the comfort of the terrace under a ceiling fan). There is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher plus many small appliances too. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the town centre along the beautiful seashore. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away. Good wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa. The bed is fine but it is firm. There is a nearby taverna but we only saw it open a couple of times (we came in early September); The beach bar opposite is good for those days you forget to buy coffee pods albeit expensive. The host is ever so friendly and helpful; when we needed some sharper kitchen knives for cooking with she had them to us later the same day! She also helped with booking a taxi to and from the villa from the ferry with our bags (€15 each way). Aside: we highly recommend hiring an eBike to explore the island (€25 for 24h from LifeCycle). There is a bike rack at the villa, too. If you come in September then be sure to check which Saturday has the Armata festival - it is not to be missed! Highly recommend this villa; We had a very relaxing holiday here.

We had such a lovely stay! Maria is a wonderful and welcoming host who made us feel comfortable right away and gave us great tips about the island. She even picked us up from the port and let us check in early, which was really thoughtful. The house was spotless, cozy, and had nice touches like a basket of snacks and drinks in the fridge. It’s also in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and town. Everything was easy and relaxing, and we would happily stay here again 🥰

Beautiful, modern, comfy and spotless room, friendly staff, good location five minutes from the port, best shower/bathroom I've had all trip, very pretty view from the terrace out front and it's only slightly uphill from the port, handy if you're carrying heavy bags in the baking heat.

Everything was perfect and Mariketi was super nice and ready to solve anything we asked The house was fully equipped even with a bottle of wine . Will definitely go back also for the excellent position
