We really loved staying here. The house is inside Monemvasia Castle, just a short walk from the main gate, with a beautiful view over the rooftops and the sea. It has a very romantic atmosphere, is tastefully furnished and was extremely comfortable. The hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome. One thing worth knowing in advance is the parking situation. You can drive up to the gate briefly to unload your luggage, but afterwards the car has to be parked further down the road. There is a bus running between the parking area and the castle gate approximately every 30 minutes in both directions. We did not know this before arriving, so it was a bit of a surprise. The good thing is that the house itself is very close to the gate, which makes it much more convenient than many other places inside the castle.

Situated just 400 metres from the beach, Malvasia Corner Studios - ex Romeo's House offers spacious studios with views of the sea and the rock of Monemvasia.
