The building and apartment are relatively new, and super modern, including pin keycard access. The room features and amenities are well thought out and provided perfect rest and recharge on our trip across the Balkans. Room was as advertised, and check-in process with host was super smooth; she was wonderful to deal with. I also liked how the parking was behind a secured gate.

It is a modern apartment, with a lot of facilities in the kitchen and in the room. The parking is in front of the building. The key is in a box, very easy to find and use. A small shop is just under the corner. Sime gave us a lot of gifts, for the check-in. I recommend this apartment for stops near the motorway in Croatia.
