The property was spacious, very clean and had a great view and a nice balcony.

I visited with my family of 4 for 8 nights. It was a great experience! The location is excellent, only a 2 minute walk to the Nin historical center and all the restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Kitchen is stocked pretty well. One of the best parts of our stay was the host family. They are lovely people and very friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Great hospitality! Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Our stay at these apartments was wonderful! 🏖 The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, fast internet, air conditioning, shower, electric kettle, and a full set of kitchenware. Very clean and cozy. Special thanks to the owners – friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location is excellent: the promenade and sandy beach are within walking distance, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who values comfort and a convenient location! 🌿

Clean, modern apartment with everything one needs; ac, full kitchen plus microwave, coffee machine and water kettle. Our host Sladana welcomed us to the site, providing everything one needs right at the arrival, coffee, tea, sugar 🥰 Mid of our stay she provided exchange bed sheets and towels… simply fantastic!! And the location, right next to the best beach at the entrance to the old town of Nin, but still kind of private…. Very nice! We are hoping to come back next year!

The accommodation is absolutely excellent. It offers very spacious accommodation for families with children, where you have everything you need. The host takes care of you and there is no problem to ask about anything. All the necessary equipment is available, including a washing machine. The host refills the detergent for the dishwasher and makes sure you never run out of coffee :). The accommodation includes a large covered terrace where you can spend the evening. The terrace has its own kitchen and fireplace, where you can prepare dinner, for example. Behind the house there is an illuminated swimming pool, which is excellent for relaxing after a day at the sea and for entertaining the children. You can find the beaches right across the road. Here you will find both gravel and stone as well as sand. The descent into the sea is gradual and very suitable for children. The beach is very calm and clean, you will also find a shower here. I absolutely recommend the accommodation and the place and we were all very satisfied. Thanks to the host for all the services.

Accommodation was fab and host was very kind and offered services that we did not expect. She welcomed us with juices and cakes. She gave us a spin to nearby Nin. She insisted on making a grilled chicken for us and chicken was delicious. At the end she offered us again a spin to Zadar saying that she's going the same way to do her own shopping but actually she dropped us off to the airport.

I recommend. The apartment is clean, nice and fully equipped (the equipment does not include a washing machine). Plenty of parking spaces. The owner is friendly and happy to help with anything.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, perfect in all respects. The provision of bikes and beach equipment was fantastic and made a huge difference to our stay in Nin. Ana was really welcoming, helpful and attentive. We hope to return.

The place is just great, it is even better than expected! The owners are very kind and helpful, we felt very welcome. The apartment feels like new, and is very comfortable, with large spaces, where our family could spend some time between visits to the beach. The rooms offer ample storage space for clothing and other items, there are storage closets, drawers, cabinets in each room, including the living room and hallway as well. The beds are comfortable as well. The kitchen is well-equipped and fully functional: gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which we found helpful, because our little kids often got their clothes dirty when playing or eating. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, we never heard loud music or people shouting during our one week stay. But the old town is just 5 minutes walk from there, literally at the end of the street. A nice bakery is even closer, so you can buy some fresh pastries for breakfast. You can park the car in the garden, which is a great plus, since the streets are narrow (do not try to leave your car on the curb in the city - we have seen several parking fines issued). Just a quick side note on location: Nin is just the right place to spend a family holiday! The place has it all: beautiful old town with many relics of the city's rich history dating back to the Middle Ages. In the evenings you can take a stroll in the old town, shop for souvenirs, visit museums (hey, they are open until 10pm!) or have dinner in one of the many restaurants. The beaches are close: there is one in the Northern part of the town, and there is of course the famous Queens Beach, just a kilometre from the apartment. It seems that the town had major construction works finished a couple years ago - many parking lots built, traffic organised, roads paved, etc., so I recommend to only read reviews dating 2024 or later. Have fun and enjoy yourselves! We will certainly return!
