This stunning complex was amazing. It is located in the centre of town just a couple of steps from the main square, perfect location to drop off your luggage before heading up to the public car park. Breakfast was beautiful with plenty of options. Our host, Jenny was fabulous and went well out of her way to make up feel welcome and to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you again for having us.

Everything was perfect! Excellent location, very central but still very quiet. The breakfast spread was amazing and super tasty, coffee great, and stuff lovely and helpful, with great English language and love of dogs. Just around the corner from La Loggia is a busy pizzeria, called Rumore, with great pizza and view of the hills and the sea, worth waiting a while for a table, or best book in advance if you can. All 5 stars!

The terrace has a beautiful view to the bay. The apartment is located in a very quiet village, with 2 restaurants and a small shop. It is a well-equipped apartment. The hosts were super great. They really made an effort to make us feel welcome. I had a great time there.

Absolutely fantastic Villa! Very modern and clean with a wonderful living and outdoor space. Pool was amazing with great views. The outdoor kitchen was brilliant. We had a very relaxed and easy stay and would definitely book again.

Where do I even start! Beautiful modern villa on a peaceful location offers everything and more. Fully equipped, clean and prepared for the best relaxing vacation. The host was super helpful, responsive and kind, the kitchen came with all utensils and utilities (it had everything from coffee, oil, flour, salt, sugar, foils, bags, ice tray, soap, sponges, dishwasher pods etc., you don’t get that in every villa soo you have to run to the store, but not here), pool was perfect and had maintenance every few days and we loved the grill outside. The property is gated and has a lot of lounging spaces in the shade, all amazing if you travel with your dog. The villa also offers board games and outdoor games and equipment such as badminton gear, baseball gear, nets, balls… You will never be bored. We will definitely rebook this stay and we do recommend it to everyone near Labin.

We have spent week with whole family in great spacious holiday home. Perfect swimming pool. Nice area around. Kitchen with all needed bits and pieces. Great welcoming from Robert and family. Superb time. Recommend this for everyone. Will surely come back.

I loved everything about this house – it’s newly built, modern, very clean, and well maintained. I was able to fully relax knowing the yard is securely fenced, allowing the children to play safely and happily. The large swimming pool in front of the house was a highlight. I highly recommend it!

Liked the staff, they made me and my sons feel really welcome. The room was a great space, had everything we needed and good Aircon. The location is quiet and rural and there is parking. The location is good and easy to get around the local area if you have a car.
