The apartment was super clean and has everything you need to cook a meal. The water dispenser was great to have too. The room also came with fast Wi-Fi and was located close to a shopping mall, laundry and convenience stores if needed.

The room was sufficient for the need (for one person for 2 nights). The location was close to shopping and services. The host made the difference. She was friendly and worked hard to meet the need. We would definitely do the same again.

The room was spacious with a nice layout. I also loved the environmentally friendly toiletries and the glass water bottles instead of plastic. The staff were lovely and helpful. both check‑in and check‑out were super quick. The buffet breakfast was great. The location is perfect too, with direct access to the mall.

Everything is good, nice and clean

Encountered Miss Nidya and Miss Jasmine during check in and later when I wanted to extend my room for 1 night. Both of them were very friendly and professional. Which made checking in a breeze! The cleanliness was as expected. The room size (got myself an upgrade) was great! A nice way to start my holiday. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive but the place can be a bit crowded (non guests can also enjoy breakfast as regular patrons).

Very comfortable bed, the mattress is firm and good size, good quality of sheets set. The bathroom & bedroom are very clean everyday. Overall good stay around this area.

The location is across from the SMS shopping center, but it is not close enough to cross the bridge. However, there is a drinking water supply in the house, so there is no need to purchase water.

The owners are very polite and professional and reply to all messages extremely fast. The apartment is in a perfect location for shopping and access to bars and restaurants and the pool is to die for absolutely amazing and very clean.

The linens were fresh and of high quality, making the overall experience cozy and inviting. Breakfast at the hotel was another standout feature. The variety of dishes offered catered to every palate, from traditional Indonesian delicacies to international favorites. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in a welcoming dining area with attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect.

I like everything in Atria Residences the rooms, breakfast, and facilities, It has a perfect location that is just a min walk to our workshop location and there's a big mall which is just around 3-5 min walk where you can enjoy shopping, dining and listening to live band and there are also convenience stores around the hotel, but what I like the most are the Atria Residences staff. They are so kind, easy to approach, and very accommodating to our needs and queries especially Ms. Franciska and Ms. Lita who are the kindest and friendliest of all!
