Excellent hospitality by Balwant , Vikram , Anand Ji and the team at Avaana on the Cliff; very responsive front desk crew and valet team. What helps the wellness experience is strict restrictions on loud music / the soft flute music playing during the day and evenings is soothing and refreshing .
