It’s quiet, lush green around close to the beach. The kind of place I was looking for just to relax.

The location was amazing, The staff was very cordial. The movies organised was amazing.

Location & excellent quality food. Staff is friendly n always there to assist. Enjoyed our shirt family vacation. Very nice breakfast menu.

The resort boasts of all the facilities you expect from a resort and the property is top notch. We loved the food as well. Kids loved different play options, pool, indoor games etc. Totally recommended

New property hence clean hopefully same will continue as owner himself is taking care of everything. Good to stay with family as rooms are clean and service is also good. Staff is supportive & polite. Beach is around 900 meter away from property ( walkable) also can take car till beach where free parking is available near beach. We enjoyed Bonfire as it was very cold during our stay. I didn't try food at resort so cant comment on food quality. Parking space available. Enjoyed !

Decent Accommodation with all the required amenities. The room, beds and the bathroom was clean. All the electronics were functional. The property has good enough parking space. Sunil the care taker is always available for your service with a happy face. The resort is located at a very good place with easy access to beach and local eateries.

रूम खूप छान आहेत. स्वच्छता चांगली आहे. रूम ची गॅलरी आणि त्या पाटी मागची नारळ आणि सुपारीची बाग खूप छान वाटते. जेवण वेज आणि नॉनव्हेज अप्रतिम आहे. वरद दादा खूप नम्र आहेत.

Siddhesh was an excellent host and his wife Akshta was a wonderful cook.. we had a beautiful veg tali.. the room was large clean and comfortable…

We had not travel... But till last moment they cordinate with us.. Good and co. Operative person..

I had a wonderful stay at Exotica Beach Retreats. The location was absolutely picturesque and beautiful, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. The food served at the resort was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the meals. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Exotica for a peaceful vacation.

The location of the resort is perfect to capture sunset and moon light pictures. The staff is supportive and ready to serve you. They provide bon fire and it is best to spend time with your friends and family at night.

Scenic location and ambiance, good quality food and best part is pets are allowed. Staff behaviour very cortious and friendly. Overall our experience was very good will surely recommend to our friends and relatives
