Hoteli sa parkingom na destinaciji Cala Bitta

Uredan, moderan i čist smještaj. Osoblje prijatno. Lokacija je blizu plaža koje svakako treba obići kad se dodje ovdje.

Our stay at Isuledda Resort was a very pleasant experience. After an initial issue with charging my electric vehicle, the hotel management handled the situation professionally and found a solution that allowed me to charge the car. I truly appreciate their willingness to help and their commitment to resolving the problem. The reception staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism made a very positive impression on us. We stayed in one of the older accommodation units, but this was not a disadvantage at all. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the cleanliness throughout our six-night stay was absolutely impeccable. The breakfast selection was not very extensive, but everything offered was consistently fresh and of high quality. Honestly, when the food is that good, there is no real need to change it every day. One of the biggest highlights of the resort is its direct access to four beaches. Two of them are simply outstanding—we enjoyed them so much that we never felt the need to look for other beaches outside the resort. The free parking area is about 200 meters from the accommodation, but this was not an issue for us at all, especially considering that it is free of charge. The only negative experience was with the gentleman responsible for the electric vehicle charging area. As a guest, I found him unnecessarily uncooperative and unfriendly. I believe that anyone working in hospitality should leave personal frustration at home and treat guests with patience and respect. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The value for money is exceptional, and we would happily recommend Isuledda Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Sardinia.
