It was the cleanest place I have ever been. Nice little hotel. If I ever travel in that part of Italy I would book this place again. I was there only for one night since I was traveling and I needed a place to sleep.

This B&B felt very safe, with two secured entrance gates leading to the courtyard. There are only two rooms on each floor, which made the stay feel quiet and private. The location is excellent, situated on the main street facing the Duomo. The area is lively, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is about a 15-minute walk from a nearby indoor parking garage outside the ZTL zone, which was quite manageable. The room was clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the in-room breakfast service, which was convenient and enjoyable.

Salotto Santa Franca is a recently renovated guest house in Piacenza near Palazzo Scotti di Sarmato.
