A perfect blend of privacy/autonomy and hospitality. The setting is gorgeous, breakfast delicious, their local knowledge is deep and their enthusiasm for the food and culture is palpable. We stayed 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer.

Very nice location, very gentle owner and super supportive. Breakfast was worth every cent with fantastic homemade bread. Super quiet and easy to go to Bologna, Modena, Maranello....Interior is spotless and superclean.

This house is not far from many attractions. Despite the fact that there is a road nearby, the house was quiet. Very large rooms. The kitchen contains everything you need. Elena and her husband were very pleasant hosts and answered all questions. We stayed as a family with three children and were very pleased with our stay in this house.
