I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The retro charm of the place created a unique and lovely atmosphere that I really enjoyed. The staff were incredibly friendly and very attentive to my dietary restrictions. I especially appreciated the onsen, which were wonderfully relaxing and perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful experience that I would love to repeat!

Big room, private bath with hot water. Very tasty kaiseki (dinner) as well as breakfast. Absolutely worth to visit it again!

A wonderful hotel, new and elegant. My room was spacious and comfortable with a view over the sea, and a hinoki pine bath on the balcony. The onsen was exceptional with a variety of pools and different bathing experiences. The buffet meals were superb, with a large variety of excellent Japanese dishes. The staff were very helpful.

Room was really big and very comfortably furnished! Tatami area was well maintained and was great for sitting and relaxing with friends. The view of the beach was amazing from the room. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and view too. The onsen was nice as well, with an outdoor bathing area. All in all, the hotel was actually much more than what we expected, especially in its condition and facilities.

The size, the location , the dinner , the public baths and the special viewing area

Situated a short walk from Atami Station. Was assigned a room with a great view across Atami, very nice. Breakfast was nice to have, standard Japanese fare Room has a bit more space compared to budget hotels within Tokyo, which was nice. Overall an excellent value for money stay

The location is great close to the station and you can watch firework on the rooftop. People there are polite and responsible!

This is a very warm place. The owner was friendly and made you feel home. The place was clean and well furnished.

It’s amazing. It’s my second time using this hotel. I’m exchange student in Japan, I’m from Korea and went there with my British boyfriend. With this price, I bet this is the one of the best hotel I ever experienced. But people who will visit must need car or use taxi. By bus it’s so hard and scary at night to carry all the luggages with climbing the mountain. But if u check the homepage or maybe Sns(Instagram) there is driving services from hotel to accommodation, but also the other way around. So please check the time of pick-up. Then people who don’t have car also can visit well. Most of the room doesn’t have shower room but it has massive onsen(hot spring) on the first floor so it’s really good. And at night it’s quite private, and each of I and my boyfriend used onsen alone at 11PM so you don’t need to be worried if there are many people. (3 months ago when I came here, I used onsen around 9PM and there were only 2-3 people including me)

The Buffett and views were a highlight. The staff speak some English and were super helpful. The room was large.

The staff went beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment of my stay. Despite, not speaking English, they made every effort to be supportive and welcoming.

The hosts were amazing, so lovely and accommodating they made us feel at home. The whole place has a very nice and comfortable homely vibe. Location was great - very close to shops, restaurants, train station and beach. Very clean and nice view of the ocean from our room too! Would definitely come back again.

Clean, spacious and well located accommodation. Beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect for self catering, and the washing machine and tumble dryer was very useful. Very helpful service when we accidentally left something behind.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, helping us get our luggage to our room, when we arrived. The ladies' onsen bath is lovely and a wonderful way to relax at the end of a busy and tiring day. There are lots of toiletries to choose from also. The hotel shuttle bus, which had to be pre-booked, was really helpful, too. Finally, the views from the hotel are stunning.
