Comfortable hotel in central Nagoya ca 800m from railway station (JR Nagoya). Big stylish room with all facilities and extremely comfortable beds. Service was excellent with very helpful staff always available. The breakfast buffet is the best we have ever had, more like a combination of breakfast and dinner.

The staff were quite helpful and I was quite amazed at their service. We registered early and left for Legoland. When we returned at night to check in, they know who I was even though I haven't given my name. The staff showed me my booking, I said yes, then they gave us our key. I felt so relaxed in the room. The view of the park was nice as well. When we checked out the following day, they helped and guided us for the airport limousine bus. I loved the location too! It was right in front of the bus station for the airport limousine bus. The hotel was also near a train station. It was also near the Nagoya City Science Museum, Art Museum and Electricity Museum. We hope to return next year and stay here again.

The breakfast was incredible! We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.
