We stayed overnight for hiking Mt Fuji. however we didn't have chance to have the breakfast as we had to leave early for the bus. We had all individual room with a Mt Fuji view. The room was cosy and since I was just bringing a backpack so it was alright for the size, I doubt if you have a suitcase but should be good enough for single person. The room was clean and the location was good for us as it near the bus station and the train station. There were a lot of restaurants around the area and Aeon mall is just 10mins walk away.

The owner was very accommodating when a planned Fuji-san trek was cancelled due to weather by allowing us to add another night to our stay! Very responsive owner for any questions we had.

Great Stay! The house was very clean, and the living space was spacious. It had all the necessary amenities and equipment, making it very convenient and comfortable. The location is also a huge plus, as it’s close to tourist attractions. You can easily walk to many popular spots without needing transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

This was our favorite part of our trip, the room was spacious and had a lovely view to the pond right by the shrine, waking up to that view feels like a movie, it’s perfectly located and the beds were so comfortable, and the view of mount fuji in just a 1 minute walk is breathtaking!!! staff is kind and welcoming, public kitchen has everything you need, bring warm clothes if you are staying here during the winter, we will stay here the next time we’re in japan :)

The man at the front desk went above and beyond. I was tired from travel and locked myself out of my room and also left my phone downstairs. He came through each time in a friendly and kind manner. Loved the pillow here and the bed was very comfortable too. Nice breakfast buffet too, filled with classic Japanese food

Staff is so sweet. Everything was clean, the room is beautiful and a perfect budget option for a traditional tatami room. The breakfast fried rice was probably the best meal I had my entire time in Japan.

Our host literally brought us to the rooftop of his home just so we could catch the most magical view of the sun setting behind Fuji. It was one of those moments you never forget — peaceful, surreal, and completely beautiful. But what really made this stay special was the host himself. He was hands-down one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met while traveling. He went out of his way to help us — whether it was giving directions, offering local tips, or even driving us places. He made us feel so welcome, like we were longtime friends visiting his home. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, scenic, and filled with heart, this is the spot. The Thai lady who hosted us was soooo nice! She was kind and smily but still discreet, she made us feel at home ! She even gave us some delicious hand made traditional Thai snack. The whole house was super clean, and our traditional room super comfy ! Would 100% stay again. Thank you !!

Fancy, approachable staff and close to Fujinomiya Station.

The house was wonderful. It has a lot of space, is very comfortable, and is in a great location. Many restaurants, shops, bus/train station, and Mount Fuji World Heritage are walkable from it. The host was very responsive and met me at the house to show me around. This was especially notable because I booked it the same day and arrived 2 hours later. It also provided a great experience staying in a Japanese style house! A bit different (and more stylish) than a Western house. One thing to know is that the bathroom control panel for the hot water needs turned on to shower or auto fill the bathtub. This isn't typical in Western homes, so could confuse some people. Also, Google Maps brought me behind the property, which confused me a bit. There is a sign out front clearly marking it by name. It was a lovely stay and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was really big and well equipped. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s a very big TV in the living room but we didn’t have enough time to use it. The only problem we had during the stay was the heater. It took quite a long of time to make the room warm enough. (But the weather was also quite cold outside) There are supermarkets and restaurants near the house, around 150 meters walking distance. The best thing was the view, we could see Mt. Fuji from in front of our house.

Easy check in and parking. Beautiful residence. Loved the two showers. Enjoyed our stay, hope we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful time here 😊 Hana is a very lovely host. She gave us so many tips where to visit and let us rent her car for a day to drive around. We enjoyed our stay here a lot and were lucky enough to see Mt Fuji so clearly (again thanks to Hana). Would love to come back again!!

The house was so beautiful and welcoming! The host greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us into the lovely home, explained how everything worked and made sure we were all set. Its so incredibly beautiful around the house since its filled with all sorts of nature. It truly was a getaway from everything. We only stayed 2 nights and on the second night she went out of her way to offer us Chinese takeout. She was really sweet :)

Everthing, the best part of our trip to Japan.

The house was spacious and perfect for a family. Location was also good as it was very near Aeon mall where there was a big supermarket where we could buy food and supplies. The parking also perfect for the 2 cars we drove in. The rooms were also spacious with comfortable beds and pillows.

Excellent view of Mount Fuji at room. Breakfast is very grand for the western style.
