Lovely ,comfortable, every thing nice ,host left drinks and food etc and lots of other comfort things ..wonderful place to stay

Perfect stay for my wife, our 3 kids and me. We felt as it was our own house.

The space is totally fine for a simple family's stay. We were able to open 3 big luggage at the ground floor after some adjustments of seating. The house is pretty clean and the place is very quiet during the night. For light sleepers, when you sleep at the small bedroom, don't turn on the cooker hood in kitchen. The owner of the house is quite supportive to us.

#1) Loved how easy check in was. It's all codes from front door to your room which makes it so much easier to access being with two people (no fighting over the key) #2) The room was an amazing space with many sections with doors if you wanted separation (kitchen, toilet/WC, shower, main vanity mirror room). #3) Came with a washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent~ #4) Fridgerator with freezer #5) Cooking utensils/ dishware/ silverware provided + soap/ sponge #6) Bed was centered in the room, a lot of space #7) Hooks inside room #8) Balcony had a beautiful view of the sea (if you get this type of room. Street facing rooms might not have this) #9) Large screen door and smaller window could let breeze in (only applicable for rooms that are on the outside. Center room likely doesn't have smaller window) #10) Parking spaces provided with option of overhead cover to drive in the drop off stuff. Parking itself doesn't have overhead cover. #11) If you need more ammenities (slippers, cotton swaps, plastic bags, etc), it's available downstairs near the elevator. #12) If you want your trash taken care of, you need to bag it and place it outside your door before 10am each day. No invasion of privacy! #13) Within walking distance of a supermarket and several restuarant. #14) The stay instructions were really helpful in English. Menu of restuarant to order from was super cute and creative (albeit all in Japanese).

10/10 lovely facilities. The premium lounge with outstanding views was legendary along side the complimentary and snacks. This stay was my favourite stay to date!

It was a truly perfect time in Okinawa. I recommend this house to anyone who values comfort, peace and a beautiful location. The owners are very kind and made sure our stay was wonderful! I'm happy that we chose this house for our stay 😊

This is an amazing hotel. It is absolutely beautiful. The presentation is incredible. I would say it is comparable to a 6 star Grand Hyatt Hotel. The foyer and reception are just stunning. Every attention to detail is given. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. The restaurants are excellent and the bar is a very nice place for an evening drink. We booked the Deluxe room as we wanted some space for luggage etc and heard that hotel rooms can be small in Japan. The room was huge and beautiful. We had a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea bags. The bathroom was fantastic. We had a balcony and amazing sea view.

An amazing place!!!! A wonderful pool on the roof the building, with an amazing view on the two runaways of the airport!!!! I took lots of pics!!!! Lovely staff! A big room, more that the japanese standard!!!! The price is worth to be spent!!!

Private Onsen in the room, and outdoor onsen, nice breakfast buffet with good selection of Okinawa food.

1. You can choose from various of pillows 2. You get vouchers for restaurants nearby, I recommend the izakaya 3. The cabin can be closed, however, it's a curtain reinforced with the aluminium rods 4. Super close to the airport.

Location and the amenities at the lobby, brilliant.

Great buffet breakfast included with our rooms. Excellent location with mono-rail stop outside front door, along with a Family Mart and 711. Close to main cnetre of Naha. Nice view of the river/canal and quick run to the Airport.

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Tokyu Stay Aoyama and would happily rate it 10/10. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated for exploring Ginza, Shibuya, and Shinjuku, while being far enough away from the heavy crowds and constant hustle and bustle that those areas can sometimes have. The neighborhood feels calm, clean, and peaceful. Some travelers may be concerned about the nearby cemeteries, but there is absolutely nothing unsettling about them. The area is home to beautiful shrines and well-maintained grounds that actually contribute to the quiet and serene atmosphere. In my experience, it made the neighborhood feel cleaner and more relaxing rather than intimidating. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning, well before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, and they made a genuine effort to prioritize our room by allocating additional staff to prepare it as quickly as possible. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Our room on the 3rd floor was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Noise was never an issue. At night, the area is remarkably quiet, and unlike busier districts such as Shinjuku, there are no large crowds of tourists creating disturbance. The only sounds we occasionally noticed during the day were passing vehicles, which is perfectly normal in a city like Tokyo. Convenience is another major plus. FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and supermarkets are all within a minute's walk, making it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, meals, or any daily essentials. Overall, Tokyu Stay Aoyama provided a comfortable, peaceful, and highly convenient base for exploring Tokyo. Clean rooms, excellent service, a great location, and a relaxing atmosphere made this one of the best hotel experiences I've had in the city.
