Excellent location, Nice bright, spacious, airy and modern rooms (we stayed in the loft room), super comfy beds and pillows, very clean, incredibly helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to provide friendly and efficient and timely service. Everything was spectacular! Nothing like staying at a place where you can go back to your room and rest from a long day out. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Top notch service. From the front desk staff (Shanti et al), to the shuttle van drivers (Roque 5+ stars to him and everyone else), to the kitchen staff, to Dana our housekeeper and the rest of their team!
