The staff is very friendly and welcoming; there is someone who helps you with the baggage. The hotel is a renovated traditional Lebanese house, which lets you experience travel in time in the mountains. It's a very nice escape from the heat in the summer. You really get what you pay for here. The hotel is surrounded by nature, very calm and relaxing — perfect if you want to disconnect. The food is amazing, honestly. Please do yourself a favor and try it — it’s the best Lebanese food I’ve had so far. The hospitality is exceptional: the staff are lovely, and the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
