The resort is amazing so clean and luxurious in the midst of the trees and the staff made sure that we were satisfied, we had an issue with the spa reservation and they made sure to make two masseuse available for a duo massage after they we all booked. And they even sent a complementary fruit platter as an apology for the reservation mishap. The vibe around the pool was so relaxing and the drinks were great. The food was amazing everything we tried was excellent

Amazing big room, very clean , excellent service and the most friendly staff ever ! Large choice at breakfast and the tastiest restaurant i order every night and had no interest to go outside to eat , super delicious and they very attentive to details and special request always delivering their best ! So far best hotel I stayed in Beirut wouldn't even consider another , I come often and it's definitely my number 1 so far

Nassamat is a really beautiful hotel, with a lovely pool and gorgeous rooms. The restaurant was wonderful - the breakfasts were outstanding. But the staff were what made the stay absolutely exceptional - incredible service, always helpful and couldn't do enough to make the stay as amazing as possible. Extra appreciation goes to the taxi driver the hotel recommended who helped so much. I can't recommend this place enough.
