“Excellent” accommodation is perfect, big, clean and meticulous, nice view from the balcony to the sea, the private beach is perfect, the sunbeds are free, the access to the sea is also excellent and the terrain in the water is clean without sea urchins , private parking is available in the house itself, which is excellent ,the location is perfect, it is located on the best side, it is close to Kotor and Tivat, you have a bakery and a market 3 minutes away.

The location is great, nice apartment, clean and comfortable with all items how you can feel the apartment as your own home…nice view and very close to the beaches, market…very very good apartment and we will come back for sure again!

Place was lovely, it's perfect for a getaway vacation, where you just chill and relax. The sea view from the balcony was extremely soothing. The owner was really helpful and was there for any doubts and questions.

We loved everything! This is an amazing apartment which has a private acces to the beach. It is so comfortable, the view is amazing! The host is such a lovely woman, she is extremely helpful and nice! She recommended us some great things to do! The apartment is extemely clean. I would recommend this to everyone! The property was in a great location for a calm time with the amazing views from the balcony as of the sea and the planes taking off or landing .The host was very friendly welcomed us with a bottle of wine and cold drinks in the fridge ,, informing us about where to eat and whats good around area ,very dedicated on giving you the best experience thinking of even the little details so you feel same as at home .Everything was clean and very modern .It had a parking inside the garage so you dont need to worry parking your car somewhere on the street.Best stay for us in Montenegro :)

Location, location, location. Yep, it is perfect location! Privacy, view, intimacy on beach... we had wonderfull moments, especially early in the morning and late in the evening... Such a wonderfull spot! Apartment is big, comfortable, lot of space... wonderful view...

My girlfriend and I spent three delightful days at Villa Lav, and we absolutely loved it! It's the best apart-hotel for several reasons: the apartment was fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen; the furniture was cozy and beautiful, the bed was huge and comfortable, and there's even a TV with Netflix (if you need it) and great WiFi! And there is a sauna in the hotel! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking: the mountains and sea looked still as silk. And not insignificantly, the owner was very kind and always reachable. The store is within 1 minute accessibility from hotel where you can buy the essentials. You can get to the city by cab in 10 minutes It's a peaceful and charming place that makes you want to come back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!❤️

Modern and fully equipped accommodation, quiet location with direct access to the sea, public parking nearby and extremely hospitable hosts. A great place to enjoy the Bay of Kotor and much more. 10/10!

Location is great, it's 1min from main point in centrale, you can park your car and go to beach or bay with electric bus that stops in front of the building. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Staff is great and helpful. Overall very nice experience and will come back again!
