Very charming and nice little hotel and the nicest staff😀. Lovely room. Great breakfast. I had dinner at their tapas-restaurant in the evening, very tasty. Central location in this charming old town.

The hotel has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere surrounded by beautiful woodland. It really feels like a peaceful retreat.. Our room was clean, cosy and full of character with a lovely view of the gardens. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options and a lovely setting overlooking the gardens. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a memorable experience, the kind of place that makes you want to come back for a longer stay next time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly hotel with real Dutch charm.

There are many farm lands nearby and the place is located in a small neighborhood with a huge and well-maintained lovely garden. The room is very clean and cozy with coffee and tea available. The owners live in a separate space connected with a nice and cute kitchen. The decoration and the style of the whole place is wonderful, and the effort and consideration of the owners towards this place and their visitors can be felt right away when you step into the house.

The best apartment hotel for the entire journey ,

An entire and well-equipped apartment in the side wing of the historic Estate Zwaluwenburg. Very nice location in the midst of nature, yet easily and quickly accessible. Check-in (even late at night) and check-out super easy. Communication super easy. See also: zwaluwenburgovernachten.nl

The owners have been most accommodating, very friendly and hospitable, from the moment we made the reservation until the end of our stay. They looked very well after us, accommodated all our wishes, breakfast was delicious and the studio very clean and well managed. We will be back for sure!

I like it a lot.You have everything needed for a great relaxation in country style.Parking spots are available, but you can easily reach it with a bus from Zwolle rail station too. The place has an individual and friendly atmosphere.Flats are spacious and are well equipped for even cooking, if you like to :) Lovely porch to drink your morning coffee outside ,enjoying the open space ahead and birds singing . Idyllic:) Great breakfast and excellent coffee.The lovely host Mariane offers you every morning something different and always with a smile :) I would recommend without any hesitations :))

Quite location next to the forest for relaxing. The room is brand new, spacious and super comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, also for a gluten free person like me. I absolutely recommend it!

The interior design of the house was thoughtfully and tastefully curated, with remarkable attention to detail and care. The cleanliness was truly outstanding — the place was spotless and consistently well-maintained. A special thank you to Omar, the owners’ son, for his dedication. I also loved the high-quality products from the owners’ Greek shop, some of which were thoughtfully provided in the apartment. It was a lovely touch to be able to visit the shop anytime and explore more. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind — they made the stay feel personal and memorable.

Top location, right at the quayside of the picturesque harbour of the historic town of Elburg. Great friendly reception by the hostess who lives adjacent. The accommodation offers all you need for a few days stay and most importantly a comfortable bed.
