The whole surrounding was charming, the people were friendly and the room was very comfortable, clean and has a cool design.

Friendly people, a nice small beach, calm environment, very clean apartment with all necessities.

Lovely location and easy check in. I had a house on the looking out to the water, and was lovely to see the sun come up through the windows.

The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room and general decor was cozy in the best way. I also had an really good sleep. The food was amazing. Couldnt ask for more. (I've stayed at a hotel nearby before, but I would pick this over that any day. )

It was spacious & well equipped in centraal location.

A beautifully appointed loft apartment. You climb steep external steps to arrive on a nice sized deck, ideal for drying clothes on a hot day. The unit was air conditioned and lovely and cool (30c outside). It was delightful. A wonderful breakfast arrived next morning Including breads made freshly from the owners bakery below. Great storage for our bikes, super secure. Highly recommended.

Well equipped, beautiful clean apartment in a quant town. Anton and Ina are such friendly and accommodating hosts!! I did not realise the bedrooms were on the first floor up a steep stairway which my mother could not manage. Ina made a plan and made a bed downstairs. Delicious breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee, cheese, breads and cold meats. Highly recommended!

We loved this comfortable and charming chalet in a beautiful setting but only a 20 minute easy walk to the centre. The chalet was very clean, the wifi was excellent, the furnishings, including the beds, were comfortable and the convection cook top and on site parking were bonuses. Best of all was the patio adjacent to two beautiful horses, sheep, ducks and chickens. We couldn’t get enough of sitting there watching then with drink in hand. Hugo and Marijke couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and Winsum is beautiful with excellent eating and drinking spots.

This historical house is very charming, directly next to a canal (with garden). The views are nice, street is very quiet (just a few cyclists passing by) and shops in easy walking distance. Winsum is beautiful!

Good location in quiet town with easy connection to Groningen by hourly train. Clean with good facilities. Easy 'check in' via lockbox.

The location and the cleanliness

Rianne and Gert really created a wonderful hideaway! We had apartment number 1 with direct view on the canal and enjoyed our stay really a lot. If you love nature, a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere - this is your place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped and furnished in a modern cozy style. We used it to visit Groningen (30 min), historic villages around and to the seaside (waddenland). We will come back!
