Great cabin in the forest! The cabin has been renovated nicely so still has log cabin features but modern kitchen and bathroom plus modern TV making it very comfortable if the weather is not so good outdoors. Handy location with only 10mins drive to Hellesylt where you can catch ferry to Geiranger. There are also plenty of nice walks in the surrounding hills which the host Kim Andre was very kind to tell us about. Would definitely stay again:)

This hostel is beautifully situated on the hill , over Hellesylt, with gorgeous view of the fjord's. Parking is by the hostel. There's a kitchen , fully equipped, spacy and with view. We have had a double room with private bath and it had even own entry from the terrace. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are kayaks for rent. Fair price-performance ratio.

We booked a stay but couldn't reach there in booked day due heavy snow fall near gieranger. But they extended our stay to next day without charging a single penny. There were also very helpful. I recommend this stay to everyone. I am 200 percent happy with the stay

Kristin is such a wonderful host with so many tips for our trip and lots of interesting stories. We recommend the breakfast and the dinner because she is a great cook. She is cooking with so much love and knowledge. We would love to buy a recipe book if she would be willing to write one.

This waterfront property overlooks the UNESCO listed Geirangerfjord, while the town of Geiranger is 2 km away. AIl cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a fjord-view terrace.

Exceeded way over our expectations. The house has an outstanding view to the fjord. It has a clean and well equipped kitchen. The whole house was spotless clean. We recommend to go kajaking which they also provide. If the weather allows you can also swim, the water is really close. Hiking paths are also all over the place. The staff is helpful, and kind. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot and incredible view as the hotel is located on the waters edge of the fjord. Staff were helpful and it’s only a short drive to the main town.
