Such an adorable place! I loved everything about it. Much cuter than in the pictures, great facilities, perfectly clean and the Sauna was amazing too.

Loved it. Have booked again. Stairs down to the waterfront. Views of the huge tidal changes. Right next door with a secret gate to the next door dining and shopping precinct.

Everything was perfect. The room and bathroom are very modernly equipped. We especially enjoyed the mostly home-made breakfast.

As soon as I spotted the property, with its pretty cottage garden and heritage blue paint with white trim.. I had a big smile on my face, felt relaxed and exhaled, after staying in motels/hotels for the last few nights. Thankfully it’s not modern.. but homely, has character, very comfortable, welcoming, peaceful, nostalgic, spotlessly clean and everything I needed! (The bathroom is modern, including a bath) The property has all the essential facilities, internet, laundry, bbq, garden and outdoor setting, off road parking, full size kitchen, lovely French doors, which let in plenty of sunshine. Had I’d known what I know now… Ferntree Cottage would be the base for my entire holiday.. it’s the perfect home in the perfect central location

Francesco and his family was incredibly kind, service minded and made our stay unforgettable! We loved the cute little homestay, and appreciated having our own kitchen area and bathroom too. The location is gorgeous and very close to the Ruby Bay Beach. Their adorable dog and providing us with eggs from their chicken and plums from their threes was a nice bonus!

Beautifully styled, clean and comfortable

The host made everything easy for us expecially with having a toddler. Everything was clean and tidy. Everything you need is there. The resident cat loves a pat!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautifully maintained property! The rooms were arranged perfectly, and our 2-year-old loved the cozy space under the stairs, which became his own little playroom. The property boasted amazing facilities, including a fully-equipped kitchen. Its proximity to the wharf and other attractions was a bonus. Our host, Jane was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We'd highly recommend this property to everyone and can't wait to come back on our next visit!

Lovely quaint house with all you needed

Very quiet, clean, cosy, parking space. Great hospitality, delicious breakfast, complimentary tea and coffee during the day, very friendly hosts, always ready for their guests. One of the best B&B we ever experienced.
