Brand new villa with all necessary facilities, like a kitchen and pool. Since it is new, need to make some improvements, but everything was great. The hosts were really friendly and supportive. Thanks a lot! They can even advise where to go for view, hokong, Wadi etc and support with transportation and guide.

This stay was the best thing in our trip. For real! Firs of all - the host Ali. Most amazing person ever. We were so happy to meet him, gave a lot of tips and advices what to see nearby. Also did hike with him - without Ali it would be impossible to complete, but most amazing hike ever!!! And hey people, this is not a luxury villa, but its an experience, this is how you feel this country. Outside fireplace with a lot of stars in a sky, goats sounds in the morning and peace. Also jebel shams canyon is very near. When I come back to Oman, would definitely stay here again!

Location is the best to walk balcony grand canyon. The house is clean and comfortable.

Perfect location to do Balcony Walk - right next to it. Lovely, large room with glass front wall and beautiful view of mountains. Very friendly staff and very good food.

Perfect quite place in the edge of Jabal Shams, it's all about you and the awesome nature. Check-in perfect, all accommodation was only for us (2 bedrooms, each with bathroom), there is outside kitchen to use. There aren't any restaurants and shops, so if you know it before, you are prepared :-). It's cottage with breath taking views, close to the beginning of W6 path (balcony walk). You don't need a 4x4 car, road is dusty, but if you go slowly it's OK. I can fully recommend this property.

great location just 10min from the canyon rim. clean and well organised facilities. the isolation make it a special place, and a great sky to look at night. the staff was very nice and the food was really good. we did a beautify hike called balcony trail. magical place

Newly build, Omran was helpful and communicating well, good location, simple but very tasty dinner in the shared kitchen, we fully recommend :)

Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, kitchen available. The location is great, ideal place to go before or after your Balcony walk. The view is amazing especially during sunset. Friendly and helpful owner. The road is a little bit challenging but we made it even with 2WD sedan. Dinner/breakfast available in nearby resorts, but we brought our own food, so we could start the hike early in the morning and it was a good decision- the trail was empty.

Accommodation is very good if you want to do the balcony walk early in the morning. Owners booked us a table in a nearby resort for dinner. We came to the hotel with very low fuel left. The owners were very friendly and looked for a solution immediately. The next morning, they brought us some fuel, all the way from Al Hamra. They were very kind and helped us very good.
