Location was great . Just opened property, hence everything is brand new . The owner is a gem of a person. Staff was courteous. They go out of the way to help . We had an issue with the car tyres and they arranged for air pumps. Can’t help praise the Oman people . Every one was so helpful, you just need to stop , they will enquire if you need help on directions. They will go out of the way to help .

The property is in great location and the Host Ibrahim is just amazing and very approachable…Nice quiet place at the edge of the mountains overlooking the Old Town and the village … spectacular view … very relaxing and just perfect to get away from the Noisy town … Omani Hospitality at its best … just in love with the place and definitely visit again soon

excellent location when you want to drive through the Shorfet Al Amein pass and visit the northern part of the mountains. My family was provided with a large villa and the staff accommodated us with an early 7:30am breakfast 👍.
