Hotels with Parking in Bootin

the door didn't even have the keys, was just sliding door everyone can open at any time

The staff is amazing. Facilities are great. But it will be amazing if there is pool.

Clean, accommodating and friendly staff and it’s in front of the beach. Pet friendly. Water is so clear too.

This has become our go-to place whenever we’re craving something truly exceptional. The whole experience—from the welcoming staff to the stunning lagoon—just never disappoints. The lagoon itself is absolutely perfect, giving off a peaceful, almost paradise-like vibe that makes you want to stay all day. One thing to note: the road going down can be a bit tricky, so just take extra care when driving. But once you arrive, it’s completely worth it. We also love that you can bring your own food and even cook there—it makes the whole visit feel more personal and relaxed. Honestly, it feels like a little slice of paradise every time we come back.

Beachfront location, good views since we are at the third floor. Attentive staffs.

The nature, territory and the staff. All outstanding! Crowded beaches? Forget about it. You are swimming on your own, your neighbor is normally around 50m away from you and not closer. If you want pure non-refined retreat experience, this is the place. The infra is very basic, but after a couple of days in paradise, you do not care. Our 3yo was well taken care of, far beyond official commitments. It is a hidden diamond, please do not share further ))

We stayed here for one night to rest after a long drive and a tiring work day, and honestly, the place exceeded our expectations. Everything was complete and well maintained. Even though the property is in a more remote area, the Starlink WiFi worked, which was a nice surprise. The room was very clean, no strange smells, no dust, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. They don’t have their own restaurant yet, but the staff has a menu available and will actually buy your lunch or dinner from nearby restaurants for you. The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. It was peaceful and exactly what we needed to unwind. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back whenever we’re in San Juan, Batangas.

Less crowded. It feels like the place was prepared for us.

Quiet place, very nice for relaxing , air conditioning, multiple fans, shower everything you need, caretaker , made sure i get to the bus station , answered all my questions , recommended activities and restaurants arround, definitely recommend for lower budget its perfect.

The proximity of the place to Club Laiya because we have an event there.

Room was good, and spaceous, clean, with free soap and lotion, free toothbrush and toothpaste as well as shampoo, with free tissue, with warm shower, aircon was very cold, with wardrobe cabinet is big, bath towel also provided, everything in the room is fragrant; staff were super friendly and courteous, and very helpful. They also have a big firstaid kit incase you have some minor injury and the staff is knowledgeable in using it. Also near/accessible to everything you need. beach access is also good, safe and convenient. I also like the free parking, shaded by the trees. Place is safe and secure enough. Our stay was good.
