First off, the staff were so polite and friendly. The room we stayed in was exceptional, clean and quiet. If you have a layover or you’re just visiting the area, this is the place to stay. It can be risky staying in a place with no reviews but it’s only because it’s a brand new hotel and they have spared no expense. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a gym which was not in the photos but it was really nice to visit in the morning and get a workout in!! Hopefully they start advertising it in their pictures because it is a big pro! The room looks just like the pictures and the bed was comfortable

Clean room & friendly helpful staff - we were there for less than 24 hours in transit - perfect for what we needed.

Closer to SM Clark and other tourist spot

The room is spacious and there are a lot of amenities. Slippers are also available.

the professional expertise of the young ladies on the front desk was second to none especially by the young lady i believe was named kate she showed me to my room and explained everything to me in an understandable way euro hotel should be proud of thier staff

My second time here and it was better than the last. I loved the view, privacy of the room and location. The gym and the staff are always welcoming.

Fantastic location shops and restaurants and bars just outside the door. Really helpful and pleasant staff from the security staff to the front office staff to the restaurant staff and cleaning staff - all were wonderful. Lovely large swimming pool and bar open all day with TV showing sports. Safe in bedroom and fridge with a freezer compartment for ice. Breakfast was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if someday I return. Also it was excellent value for money.

The breakfast menu is great, I choose American style breakfast and the food was excellent

The security 24/24, the kept my extra luggage while I went on a 3 days tour, the readiness of the service, it S my 3d time here and I M going back again.

The property is safe, clean and convenient. It has its own parking space. The owner has your stay and comfort in mind. I'd look for this place first if we're going to visit this city again.

The condo is nice and spacious and is located on the quiet side of the hotel. It also has a balcony and a separate bathroom. The host is very friendly and was very helpful.
