The rooms are large and very clean, the communal area is spacious with a comfortable outdoors area. The breakfast and dinner provided are very tasty, I especially enjoyed the freshly caught fish. If you have any meal requests they will cater to you. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, I felt at home from the first night. It has a very relaxed friendly atmosphere. The town it's in is very peaceful with a very friendly locals. The homestay is easily one of the best places I've stayed whilst travelling. Will definitely come back to visit again

I really enjoyed my stay at Roxy Cabanas. Eric and his family were the perfect host. Their place is quiet, in nature and beautiful terrace that is perfect for late afternoons or evenings. Also fully equipt kitchen is provided. I hope I will come back to Siargao and stay again at Roxy Cabanas.

We had a lovely stay here. The kitchen is big and fully equipped, the garden is beautiful, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Burgos is the perfect area: great restaurants nearby and a quiet, non-touristy atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind, helping us rent a motorbike and even arranging a cheap ride to the airport. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexa’s homestay. It is run by a lovely family who take great care of everything. They helped organise the scooter for us and gave suggestions on places to visit. The room is well set up with a/c & ensuite. There is a great kitchen area behind so you are able to cook. The location is very peaceful & close to amenities.

It was such a beautiful homestay, you get a small apartment to yourself. Its clean and look like the pictures. I really enjoyed my me night there, I’d love to have stay longer. It had a little kitchen and they provided you with drinking water.

They even have a common kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast. Room is spacious and even has a kettle, sink and some cops for drinking a coffe.

A perfect paradise in Siargao! Our stay at Izustarri was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed – the staff was friendly, genuinely helpful, and always smiling. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of bohemian style and modern comfort. Every little detail was clearly well thought out. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, the quiet surroundings, and the beautiful sea view. Breakfast was delicious – fresh fruits, smoothie bowls, and pancakes that were absolutely mouthwatering. The hotel’s recommendations for activities, scooter rentals, and restaurants were also incredibly helpful. On top of that, we got great tips for exploring General Luna, where we continued our holiday! We accidentally left some clothes in our room when we checked out, but the owner kindly made sure they were delivered to us in General Luna. That made us feel truly cared for and happy! All in all, Izustarri gave us so much more than we expected. This is a place we absolutely want to return to. Modern aircon which is rare ! Everything is clean, hot shower ! With a fan, comfy beds, with a fridge and lot of stuff for cooking.

The location was amazing and the staff were the friendliest people we met on our trip which says a lot since everyone has been so nice

Everything was perfect. The villa was super comfortable, internet works well, aircon is great, the location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. It is really close to Secret Paradise beach and Tangbo beach which are great surfspots and have the best sunset on the island. We went island hopping from San Benito, which is really close and you are 10 minutes away from Burgos (more great surfing too!) You will need a scooter or a car, which we asked for before arriving and the staff was super helpful in helping us arrange it.

Perfect stay in Siargao if you’re looking to get away from the noise of General Luna. The beach is 20 meters away from the rooms and it’s so beautiful, clean and quiet. The resort has everything you need, scooter rental, reliable WiFi good for remote working, very nice staff and great food (chicken and fish burger was amazing). Absolutely recommend

Absolutely beautiful. We had two double rooms upstairs! The view, the pool, the beach, the property. It was a dream. We would come back. Highlight of our trip around the philippines. Very happy to show hidden gems like this of my country to my European family. The lead manager (The slightly larger filipino kuya) and the young bartender were absolutely fantastic, always helpful and well-informed. Cocktails were great by the bartender and Kuya assisted us with many things.
