It looks like it is brand new (my stay was in Feb 2026). The house is very well equipped- there is microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and set of kitchen utensils. We even got a feeding chair for a baby. There is a separate bedroom with a comfy bed and spacious closet. Beautiful view from huge windows. Very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. All perfect for a stay of 4 people. Great for families with kids - lots of safe place to run around the house.
